Such a wonderful experience and big thanks to Scarlett for helping us secure a flat! She was very supportive throughout the process and couldn't thank her enough! Definitely in safe hands 😃

This is my very first encounter with Scott Fraser and turned out to be the best with the help of the amazing Scarlett Jones. She is kind, calm and composite. She guided us perfectly to get our dream home. Thanks very much Scarlett and Scott Fraser. Very much satisfied with your service.

Elaine Norrie a Senior Sales Consultant is the best estate agent I have come across. She has helped our mutual clients to sell their property efficiently without any stress.

She is an asset to your company!

Staff all very helpful and friendly but they use an outside agency to perform their money laundering checks which requires their customers to subscribe to a costly service.

Boris was a super efficient adviser and gave us support to find a great apartment in a brilliant location. He was well informed and will help us in future to make good move we are sure.

Scarlett Jones was an amazing agent. She was very professional when showing me the house Which influenced my decision in renting it.Scott Fraser has been a very professional and high standard company I’m very glad I’ve chosen this agency

Thanks to Scarlett, my partner and I landed our dream rental home within less than a week! We couldn’t have asked for a better service. Thank you!

Thanks to Scarlett, we were able to quickly arrange a visit to our new home. She was so friendly and supportive and the whole process was very easy without any difficulties!

I’d had dealing with another agency and I have to say that compared to my previous experience, Scott Fraser are an absolute dream to deal with.
Boris has been excellent - responsive, personable, friendly, open and honest, he clearly articulates all requirements and has managed my expectations brilliantly. Boris explained that (unlike my prior experience with a local competitor) SF do not play renters off against each other. There are no gushing application letters required to the landlord; no offers to be made above asking price; no hard-selling, just transparency and a super easy, well supported, efficient tech package to make the process seamless.
Boris is an excellent communicator, handling everything for me as a single point of contact and putting up with my pestering like a pro!
I cannot thank Scott Fraser and Boris enough for helping me to secure my dream home in the country!

Boris and Scott Fraser in general have been excellent to deal with. Boris has made the entire process so far so straightforward, clearly explaining requirements, steps and rationale and has answered my partner's queries promptly and thoroughly, is always quick to answer the phone and has been really friendly and personable. All in all, a 100% positive experience with Scott Fraser - thank you Boris!

Boris Bobev was our agent. He was very attentive and very resourceful. He made the process really easy even in our somewhat difficult situation having just moved back to the UK.
Would definitely recommend him if you are looking to find your next rental property.
