They ignore your emails and don’t send the full order
I have used this company a few times. I live in Australia and my parents are in the UK. The first two times my parents received the hampers I ordered and they were lovely. The third time I ordered numerous tins of soup for my mother who has throat cancer, they only received half of what I ordered and paid for. I even paid for a large box to ensure they could fit all the tins in and the box arrived half full. I have sent numerous emails which are being ignored and when I call the phone number it doesn’t ring. It’s been numerous weeks and I have had no communication from them and no refund. I will never be using this company again.
