Amazing variety of products for sale which are reasonably priced. Recyclable packing and I had free delivery. Plus excellent customer service and owned by a wonderful person with kind human morales and values she’s not afraid to show! Scouse Bird Shop will always have my custom.

Exceptional service and a true Scouse Bird

I ordered a hoodie and some bits for my niece who was visiting from Australia. I didn't realise that I wouldn't see her 4 days before she travelled back and didn't leave enough time to get it delivered. From the moment I emailed Steph was quick to respond and I then got a call on the day I would see my niece to say she was hand delivering the parcel herself. Over and above and a true Scouse Bird. Thank you Steph

Have some great merchandise and easy to…

Have some great merchandise and easy to order. Everything i ordered i loved and will honestly order again. My only very small issue was what I presume are automated emails. I received one asking if I liked my order when I'd not received it, this made me query where my parcel was to be told as I'd ordered clothes the parcel hadn't been dispatched yet, which is fine but why ask me if I liked my parcel when you know it's not been sent yet. But all in all great experience and will order again.
