I’m really sorry to hear the fragrance wasn’t to your taste. We don’t actually manufacture the products ourselves, we’re a stockist, so unfortunately we can’t control the strength or scent profile.
I do hope, though, that the ordering experience, delivery and customer service were all as expected, as that’s what Trustpilot is really designed to reflect. If there was anything about your experience shopping with us that we could have improved, I’d genuinely love to hear it.

Reed Diffusers
I have ordered the reed diffusers a few times from Scouse bird . They always smell amazing and last for ages , they always arrive quickly . If something wasn’t in Steph would ring and offer alternatives or she would ask if I want to wait till the item becomes available. Overall the customer service has been amazing and I will 100% be ordering again . :)

Fave place to shop for my cleaning products, get so many compliments on the smell of my clothes and home. Delivery is quick which is a bonus. Also now part of the VIP customer which includes perks like discounts 💕

Where is my order???
I ordered this 10 days ago and while I have yet to receive my earrings or have any meaningful communication on what the hold up is, I have been invited by Scouse Bird Shop to give a review. So here it is... I wish I knew where my order is, that I paid for and have not received or had any tracking info that says anything other than that it "has been received by Royal Mail"

I’m sorry you’re disappointed. There isn’t actually a hold up with your order. It was dispatched promptly and is progressing through the postal network. International deliveries do take a little longer than UK ones, and once an order has been handed over to the postal service it’s unfortunately outside of our control.
The review request you received is an automated email that’s timed around our standard UK delivery estimates. I completely appreciate that for international customers it can arrive before the parcel does, so I apologise for that.
I do have to say though that I feel a 1 star review is a little unfair in these circumstances. Your order was dispatched on time as you can see and there’s been no delay on our part. Hopefully your earrings will be with you very soon.
