Ordering from day dot and always will

I have been shopping here since it opened as I was a fan from the start when I lived in Liverpool back in 2011. I have bought myself a diary every year and look forward to seeing the options each year. They get better and better each year and have converted others in Scotland to them. Also love the Hoover discs etc. always great service and very helpful if any issue. Here’s to many more years of diary shopping. Also loved the free Palestine mug thank you for all you are doing

Little disappointed

Looked like it was well packed but some of the products (the sprays) were leaking. Plus the inner packaging went all over the kitchen floor not ideal in the end. Plus two of the
Products were substituted as not available i guess (only knew as written on invoice), different smell than wanted and not as nice. Just small grumbles really, not to overshadow a lovely business.

Scouse Bird Shop

I shop regularly at the scouse bird shop and have never been disappointed. Any queries Steph has answered really quickly and orders are delivered quickly. I ordered a design your own mug and it looks far better than I ever could have imagined. Would 100% recommend.

Kiffra (Green) is such an amazing smell.

I absolutely love my recent FREE delivery of the sample bottle of Kiffra (green) and will be ordering a larger size bottle soon. The smell is just so fresh while making me feel warm and comfy. Thank you Scouse Bird.

Had my first order delivered

Had my first order delivered, 1 bottle unfortunately spilled in transit, but I recieved a very quick new bottle :) , overall will be using this lady for spanish cleaning definitely xxx
