Very efficient service - I contacted them on Saturday and the items were collected on Tuesday. Anthony was very quick to respond by text, even when I had to change the items for collection the day before. The team were friendly and were happy to move items through the house. I would definitely use them again.

Appalling service – completely unreliable
I requested a scrap metal collection through Scrap4Free and on 4th August received confirmation that my collection had been assigned to Slough Metals, with job reference JOB1785855817.
The confirmation specifically stated that the collector would contact me shortly to arrange a convenient collection time.
I waited, but nobody contacted me and no collection was arranged.
After more than two weeks of hearing absolutely nothing, I emailed Scrap4Free on 19th August to ask what was happening. It is now 27th August and I have not even received the courtesy of a reply.
What is the point of offering a collection service, confirming that a collector has been assigned, and then simply disappearing? Nearly a month after the original confirmation, the scrap has still not been collected and nobody has bothered to explain why.
The lack of communication and basic customer service is appalling. If there was a problem with the collector, Scrap4Free should have dealt with it, reassigned the job or at the very least responded to my email.
A complete waste of time and an extremely disappointing experience. Based on the service I have received, I certainly would not recommend Scrap4Free.

Easy to arrange, Pre arranged time slot, Notification of collection confirmed by company. all bases covered with minimum of disruption. In fact there was no disruption to my day. I have already recommended to friends.Absolutly Fantastic service in all area's. Thank You.

Very cheerful and helpful. They came when they said they would. Very difficult job (very heavy roller - iron and full of concrete) but they were very determined and succeeded. We didn't see how they could do it, but they did. Very pleasant. We were very impressed.

Old washing machine left out on pavement for collection. After several failed attempts with other collection companies, over the space of a week, I found this one and I could not have been happier with their service! Item was collected quickly (next day) and without issue. I would certainly recommend them!

On time, polite friendly and very professional

very helpfull ,and id definitely use them again in future ,plenty of follow up action by themselves to make sure my scrap cookers was removed and all for free ,so if anyone has unwanted scrap cluttering up the house and want it removed fast and free then this is the people to contact thanks again for your help
