I have sold gold to other firms before. ScrapGold processed the delivery in the 24 hours from me posting the gold by special delivery, including the agreed price arriving in my bank account. The online process was easy. I made a huge error when i sent the parcel i forgot to note the reference number. Panicking i emailed the company to explain. I should not have worried. They emailed back quickly and put my mind at rest.
