Professional, efficient and sensitive
They were very professional and efficient when handling our recent claim. There were multiple submissions from a number of vet practices over a 10 week period. There were no surprises, they settled all claims as per our policy, they gave multiple updates and clear explanations, and paid promptly. Unfortunately our beautiful springador, Minnie, couldn’t pull through, we had to say goodbye, she was only 7yrs old. Our policy was eventually cancelled. They were very sensitive to our situation and proactively refunded our policy overpayment. Would definitely recommend this company: just ensure you understand the cover you select, your deductibles and the policy limits.

Pet Insurance
I have been insured for both of my cats for the last five years, and have thankfully never needed to make a claim until a few weeks ago. My cat needed admitting to the he pet hospital for an overnight stay and various different tests as they thought she had a blockage. Thankfully that wasn’t the case but I still had a vet bill of £1700. I was concerned about putting in a claim as many insurance companies will try to wriggle out of paying. I needn’t have worried. My vet submitted the claim on my behalf on the Friday, and by Tuesday afternoon the full amount had been paid into my bank account, minus the excess. Made a very stressful time a lot easier.

Excellent Pet Insurance
I only joined Scratch and Patch in April, my 7 year old dog had never had a claim elsewhere, then by July he was diagnosed with diabetes and was seriously ill, it was a very stressful and overwelming time, but scratch and patch have been brilliant with their online vet to paying out the claims fast and efficiently, which took some stress away.I would def recommend them

I took out a plan
I took out a plan. Never received confirmation so went with rspca. Scratch took a payment out the month later. So i just let it go thinking its my fault. So i sent them a notice to quit their service and no more payments go out. 4 weeks ago i get a pay up or else letter. Im not paying a penny im glad i gave them a swerve if this is how they treat people
