If i could rate in negative stars i would but only in support and redemption. I give everything they need for redemption after denying my original redemption for said documentations. They rarely respond then stop responding altogether after I ended up losing it all back so yea negative stars

Hey this place is pretty nice the games are fun. You win and lose but the wins are worth it. I think I redeemed about 500 this week most places you can't win right after the other but this one is good

Good honest place to play, would have gave em 5 stars but when they raised there min redemption and I was not made aware and I play almost every day a lil bit was disappointing.

This platform has gone to 💩,used to be fun. But I bought the $5 package with 40 free spins. $1.06 out of fourty spins!!! Than played one game $.10 spin wins were six cents,seven cents, about 3xeach than 2 $.20 wins. If you like miniscule returns and 🐂 💩 about daily bonus unless you Buy a package, which I did earlier this year and you have to again or you don't get VIP access, than this platform is for you. No stars.. I signed, verified my account.. and within a couple of weeks I won $150.. went to redeem and all looked well and the $$ was supposed to go to my bank account.. they denied it and requested not only my cards, but my bank statement proving that I bought the coins in the first place.. what? Did I steal them?? So I ended up on the blocked list because I didn't follow their terms of service.. greedy scam artists.. even scrooge had a change of heart on christmas.. I really needed that win too. I would tell any newcomers to not waste their time or money.

Do not put any money into this casino there's nothing random about it if you pay attention to it you'll see there is definitely patterns in the game and 8 out of 10 times if you get a couple spins that when something the game all of a sudden just wheels will start spinning and not stop or it'll say we are having issues and come right back on about 10 seconds later but it's always after you start getting a couple little wins and for example a total of $40 I just put in and played 20 cents spins and had a total of four spins that one $1.20 in total.there is nothing legit about this online casino .if u really wanna play slots DO NOT PUT YOUR MONEY INTO SCROOGE CASINO !!!

They blocked my account for no reason. Yesterday I won $100 and requested a redemption and today I logged in to check the status of the redemption and I was banned - with no explanation.

Favorites i honestly would have never thought if I hit big like I did 50k they would not pay me and close my account. I have to redeemed several times from Scrooge. It just don't make sense. It was a normal day playing end up hitting get up to 50k went to redeem some and instead they permanently close my account and will not answer me. That's crazy so just be careful.I really hope it doesn't happen to anybody else. That's life changing

Please do not believe the negative reviews you read! I was so hesitant to play on this site because I read bad reviews. Clearly they are just disgruntled customers. I have had a wonderful experience with Scrooge! This social casino is so different than the others! It has taken me over a month to withdraw at multiple casinos due to their KYC process making it almost impossible. Scrooge is a game changer! I was verified and able to withdraw within 24 hours! This is definitely not a rigged social casino and all games are very fair! Five star customer service as well with a live chat!

I’ve played on Scrooge for over 2 years. Won $1200 2 years ago. Submit request for withdrawal. Denied. Redemption team sent me an email requesting a photo of the front and back of my debit card, a copy of the bank statement associated with the card purchases and a utility bill. I complied, got my $1200 in my PayPal within the day. Cool right? Well, I finally hit big again just a few days ago. $2000 across a few Hacksaw games. Submit request to withdrawal. Denied again. Got another email from the Redemption team. This time they want the same 3 things but they have requested an FDIC insured bank statement. I use my cashapp card whenever I purchase on Scrooge, it is the ONLY card I’ve ever used. I submit my cashapp statement, same as I did 2 years ago, pictures of my card and my latest WiFi bill. They respond back requesting an FDIC insured bank statement from an account UNRELATED to any charges ever made by me on Scrooge. I respond asking them for clarification on what an unrelated bank statement would verify. They respond saying it is to verify “proof of wealth and funds or AML.” So I re-read their sweeps rules and terms of service. Section 9.1.3 (Verification) clearly states a pay stub as an example of “proof or wealth or funds.” There is nothing regarding AML (anti-money laundering) within their terms of service. So I sent them a response referencing section 9.1.3 and attach a copy of my latest pay stub, thinking this will satisfy their request of “proof of wealth” since it is within their terms of service. Their response? They sent me section 5.1 of the Sweeps Rules “POTENTIAL SWEEPSTAKES WINNERS ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY SPONSOR/PROMOTER (IN ANY MANNER IT MAY CHOOSE) AND THE DECISIONS OF SPONSOR/PROMOTER ARE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE SWEEPSTAKES“ So basically, they have the final say and because they’ve asked for an FDIC insured bank statement, they will not accept a pay stub as “proof of wealth.” Even though it is written within their own terms of service, which I’m sure they will now change after my reviews. Even if I wanted to provide an unrelated bank statement to this increasingly sketchy platform, I bank with SoFi, which they claim is not an FDIC insured bank like accounts through cashapp or PayPal. Which is simply not true. There are numerous 1 star reviews of players having similar experiences with Scrooge finding any way to withhold winnings. If you’re wondering how they have so many recent 5 star reviews, it’s because they sent an email blast to all their players begging them to write good reviews on TrustPilot, they even offered every player bonus sweeps coins if they had over 100 good reviews in 24 hours. I’ll be moving my gameplay exclusively to a more reputable site and I suggest others do the same.
Edit: I have received no further communication from Scrooge l and my account has been suspended since I made this review. My final email for those wondering: “So you, as an Individual employee of Scrooge Casino, are choosing to invoke section 5.1 of the Sweeps Rules, because you want access to my unrelated personal bank account information. Section 5.1 of the Sweeps Rules is a scapegoat for you to withhold winnings for any reason, whether warranted or not. You are not requesting I provide proof of wealth or funds, you are specifically requesting my bank statement. No other form of proof of wealth or funds will be accepted by you, although a pay stub is listed as an acceptable form of proof of wealth or funds within your Terms of Service. You are violating your own terms of service. I will not be providing any additional information. I have satisfied the verification checks as outlined in your Terms of Service.“

Never could get above 10000 coins to redeem. I also was on primate king last spin I hit the 4x wild which stays till you miss. Froze in the middle of it never got a chance to get it. No response on the matter either. Won’t play here again.
