Scrooge went from the best to the worst over night, they will pay small redemptions but if you try to redeem anything in or over the 1000's range immediately they are going to ask for receipts and pictures of ever card you have ever used and lots of additional information which shows you right there that they are looking for any reason not to pay you

My fiance and i play on several online casinos, ( we have been together for over 10 years), we both love gaming online, that being said some casinos have problems with you logging in from the same computer or purchasing coin packages with eachothers debit cards, that being said when it occurs immediately your account will be locked and you will have to message support and they will give you a warning and will Let you play again, but some casinos are not petty and do not care

So ive been playing on scrooge for a little over a year and i was also a active member in this family vault thing they have, i loved it, we wanted to start streaming for them and the vault loved the idea, i had never reslly won that much on there but was still eager to play chasing my first big win, and then came late night laying in bed i won almost $8000, i was so happy and speachless and could not believe and i just knew i was gonna get this money because i had never had a problem with scrooge and believe in them 100 %, im not one to brag but my fiance wanted to show our other vault members thst you can win big playing at scrooge on lower bets

The heart break
I tried to cash it out and immediately they rejected it but i had no worries because i felt like i had not did anything wrong, so they asked for all this additional stuff and still i wasnt not worried, so i think this was about a 2 week thing of emailing back and forth and they responded very slowly like every 2 to 3 days and i had sent over 60 pictures/screenshots (during this process i won another $6000 and now i have over $11,000 on my account)to finally get an email back saying that i have been blocked due to violating terms and conditions

This broke my heart, so i go read the terms and conditions and sometimes they can be hard to understand and lots of jump straight in to playing and we never read "the boring stuff" right? Well what i think happen was that i made a purchase with his card on my account, but we also have each others names on our cards as authorized users, like a joint account on a few but not all yet, and i think that was why they banned me, my thing is tho why was this never a problem over the matter of the year and it wasnt a problem from them taking my money and small redemptions was never a problem and were supposed to be a vault member/family, i just feel like i should have gotten a warning way before hand instead of win i won a life changing amount of money, they knew i sent everything and it was all legit but they did not want to pay me and i reached out to the owner and he also ignored me, they were not willing to work with me at all, like i said they couldnt even tell me what term and service i violated

I honestly don't have anything to say about scrooge. I've successfully redeemed from them multiple times and it has been effortless. Im not a huge fan of the way their money is converted but that would be nitpicking. I especially enjoy the option to play SC for as low as .01SC for many games that normally charge .20SC to play! So i can have fun on a limited budget. If you haven't tried scrooge yet, i strongly suggest giving them a try!
