We have been using Scudo for many years as one of our main suppliers, the products are excellent and all the staff are very helpful and professional. Eve is our main contact in the office she handles all our orders and queries. Nothing is too much trouble. Having one person who we can contact with anything is a great help for us especially when that person is as good as Eve.

We have been dealing with John and Eve. Both have always gone over and beyond. If there's any little issue, it gets resolved straight away. 5 star doesn't do justice. They deserve more.

I have had a very positive experience with the team. Eve is extremely helpful, responds promptly, and always takes the time to answer any questions I have in a clear and friendly manner.

Emma is also consistently friendly and supportive. She keeps a close eye on my orders and is proactive in reaching out with reminder calls, which I really appreciate.

Overall, both Eve and Emma provide excellent customer service and make the entire process smooth and reassuring.

Excellent company to trade with . I’ve over 40 years in the bathroom and kitchen industry and know the industry like the back of my hand. I started trading with scudo several years ago when they first started as a small independent bathroom distributor. I cannot fault the quality of the products they sell, some in their range as good as the German and Italian high end manufacturers. Especially the furniture which is very well made and is priced that makes it exceptionally good value. The service is also excellent. The staff are all very helpful and should a problem arise it’s very quickly dealt with. I have some very good suppliers and Scudo are up there both in service, quality of all the products in their brouchure and latest trends in the bathroom industry.
Highly recommended for both consumers who purchase from their local bathroom retailer and retailers looking for a supplier who has an excellent portfolio of products with the service they expect.

We’ve been working with Scudo for nearly 10 years now (as of April 2026), and they’ve consistently been excellent to deal with.

From ordering and accounts to deliveries, everything runs smoothly. On the rare occasion something goes wrong (touch wood), their aftersales support is always helpful, responsive, and clearly puts the customer first.

They’ve got a great sales team on the phones, and their online portal is really useful for checking stock and managing orders.

Highly recommended — and without doubt one of our most important partners in the bathroom industry.

The water flow rate from 4-in-1 Scudo tap is shocking!
Beware if you have a gravity feed water supply, the water only piddles out - it took us 15 minutes to fill the sink with water!! We contacted Scudo, who argued till the cows come home, that there wasn't a problem with the tap.
The fact that the flexi pipes feeding the tap all have an internal bore of about 5mm didnt seem to come into it, which is a glaring design fault!
Well, their answer to this was that i should buy a pump! How thoughtful!
However, there is Nothing in their brochure, nor on the website, nor on their distributor point of sale information, that states that you need a high pressure water supply to provide anything like a satisfactory result.
This is a trading standards issue, as they have failed to describe the installation requirements to enable the product to work normally.

8 months after being installed our Koge boiling tap started dripping and running boiling hot water when not in use. After a week of scalding ourselves on the uncontrollable boiling water and getting fed up with wasting water and power heating it we've had to resort to disconnecting the tap and periodically reconnecting it to get water, meaning we don't have a usable kitchen tap or kettle.

So far as a resolution we've been sent a random part which isn't even the correct part to fix the issue, with no explanation of how it should be replaced. Apparently customers are expected to fix Scudo's faulty products themselves for them! How are parts even failing after 8 months on a £300+ tap? The Consumer Rights Act states products must be fit for purpose and last a reasonable amount of time, which theirs are certainly not! They are taking no responsibility at all, absolutely disgusting service. Definitely avoid Scudo products!

The whole experience was great from communication over the phone to talking in person with both Brendan and Tyler. Offered hot drinks on arrival and during the appointment. My little boy enjoyed his hot chocolate.
Both very easy to talk to and professional. Very good at showing the car and ensuring I was happy with the vehicle. Definitely recommend coming here to other friends and family. Thankyou

Ordered via Tecaz in North Shields. Realised we had ordered the incorrect colour unit. 3 days outside of the 28 days where they will accept returns. The day before the plumber came. It is still in the original box unopened. I offered to drive it back to Leeds to swap for the white one. The refused. Logistics said NO.

Absolutely appalling. I don't usually leave negative reviews but this company is the worst company I have dealt with. We purchased a 4 in 1 Boiling Tap from one of their distributors called Rubberduck Bathrooms for our newly renovated kitchen. They have supplied us a with a faulty tap and since August, we have been trying to resolve this with them. They blame the manufacturer and are nt taking any responsibility. We have provided them with endless videos and emails detailing all the faults and have followed every instruction they have given us and the Tap still doesn't work.
DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. DON'T BOTHER BUYING KOGE BY SCUDO BOILING TAPS.

They don't even deserve 1 star!!
