Very helpful in getting a replacement for damage door

We bought a Scudo Koge hot water tap. Been nothing but disappointed from start to finish. Fitting the tap is fiddly, the diagrams in the instructions are mislabelled with one feed not labelled at all. There are so many flexi hoses it’s difficult to connect and fit them through the tap hole in the sink. The water pressure is shocking, so, so poor. We contacted Scudo who sent a troubleshooting guide and said this was a common problem. The guide is literally a copy of the instructions. They advised to loosen the weight, while this has offered improvement the pressure is still significantly lower than every other tap in the house. The plumber has advised that he believes it’s due to the extremely narrow flexi hoses the tap uses. The pull out function, frankly is useless, it comes out 6 inches and because the water pressure is so poor it has no effect at all. Having a boiling water tap is handy, I’d recommend getting one, just not this one.

Ich habe Matt Black Duschen und Armaturen für mein neues Haus gekauft – leider eine absolute Fehlentscheidung! Nach kurzer Zeit begann die schwarze Beschichtung sich abzunutzen, sodass das darunterliegende Messing sichtbar wurde. Als ich mich an den Kundenservice wandte, wurde ich völlig im Stich gelassen – stattdessen wurde versucht, das Problem auf angeblich falsche Reinigungsmittel zu schieben.

Nach Durchsicht anderer Bewertungen scheint dieses Problem kein Einzelfall zu sein. Offenbar gibt es massive Qualitätsmängel, und das Unternehmen übernimmt keinerlei Verantwortung. Ein teurer Fehler, den ich definitiv nicht noch einmal machen werde.

Costs company not interested when something goes wrong after reading the reviews seems I am by far not the only customer to have had this issue an expensive mistake I certainly will not be making again and hopefully no other customer has the misfortune that I have had beyond a joke

warranty for taps is a complete joke, a warranty which excludes cartridges, tap glands, diverters, O rings and hoses. so just the metal body is covered! you also Need to provide your email, address and telephone number...

Poor quality bathroom vanity unit, all corners of unit peeling despite being nowhere near water source. Terrible customer service, took five attempts at contact before I received a response, no apology about poor service, explanation of damage was that it was my fault as damage was caused by water ingress. Insulting to say the least. I would avoid scudo products, we had whole bathroom fitted with their products which all appear inferior in quality for the price.

I had a faulty plug and the issue was solved quickly and efficiently by sending me a new one out to my address

I have tried to get replacement door seals for the Scudo pivot door in my shower cubicle. I was trying to get these via Wolseley where I bought all my bathroom suite from in Jersey.

Finally got a result as I contacted Scudo and Harrison bathrooms direct and showed proof of purchase. I was given a link to order spares for the 6mm Pivot shower door. I could not be happier as I felt that I was getting nowhere

I had an issue with a bathroom cabinet mirror over 3 years old I bought. Initially they sent me a replacement mirror door the next day. I realised the door was a bit slimmer and I could not conceal the wiring. I was advised that the cabinet had been upgraded since my last purchase and they sent me a brand new one the next day. I have not yet come across a company where the customer service exceeds expectations and goes above and beyond but these guys have been amazing. Jess has been impeccable. Prompt messaging service and next day delivery. Thank you Scudo so much.

I recently had a tap that developed a fault. Despite being approximately 18 months old, it was replaced without quibble and the replacement was delivered within two days.

Had a problem with a shower I had installed which was still under warranty. Jess, who dealt with the issue was excellent. Kept me informed of the progress regarding a replacement. Now installed and very happy.

Prompt reply to internet enquiry followed by despatch of part within hours. Fantastic service and would definitely recommend.

I believe you only find out about the company when something is faulty or wrong

I had a problem regarding delivery. Was lucky enough to be answered by Jessica. She organised everything and suffice to say the delivery was made prompt the next morning. Nothing was too much trouble. Big shout out to Charles the delivery driver.
