This product is horrible with an uncomfortable fit and itchy. I requested a return and after 6 emails, I can only get a store credit. Why would I want a credit for other horrible products!

This company. Despite their “90 day money back guarantee,” you cannot return items, and after much back and forth you will only be offered 70% store credit. Don’t waste your time or your money. Completely wrong sizing.

Ordered a bra, which had a long shipping time, then the bra didn’t fit (way too loose, despite the sizing chart available, and poorly made). And the only way to return something is to send an email to request to start the “exchange” process. Emailed multiple times and never heard back. Terrible customer service and clearly a poorly run company.

Very long shipping time (from China), The bras did not fit as advertised. The sizing is way off, going by their chart did not help. The material was stretched out. There was no support in the bra at all. I would not be able to even switch for a different size. the band was way to big but the cups were too small.

I contacted the company about a refund - they contacted me the next day and said they do not give refunds but I could get a store credit - I really dont think I would trust anything else from their store because of the misleading sizing, but its better then nothing. so immediately contacted them back and asked how I go about returning the product to get the store credit. I never received a response. I have sent seven (7) emails and no one has responded.

The customer service is horrible. Im sure im close to the time period when it's too late to return the products.

Very sad about the price I paid. And I knew better.

Firstly expect a 15 week delivery SLA
Secondly not worth the money. The high impact bra is good. But sculpt does not make this product themselves.

Sculpt merely imports via Temu or another cheap importer from China.
Which is most likely why they have such a long delivery SLA.

You can buy the R800 high impact bra for R200 + taxes from TEMU. Don't waste your time or money on Sculpt.

The most they do is order and add their stickers in the same packaging that TEMU sends the bras In.

I bought a size 40DD bra and they sent a 40F and when I queried the size, they said their DD is F. (LOL) Nevertheless I have empty spaces in the cup and it shows though clothing. The less said about the sculpting briefs the better. I order XXL and they were so small my leg cant even pass through. Waited three weeks for the order by the way. When I requested an exchange I was told via email to pay R180 for courier services. If your products are made in SA as you claim why are the labels saying "made in China". Wasted more than 1k for nothing. There are so many sellers of the same thing online. Its a scam. I got better fitting sculpting bras and briefs from TEMU for a quarter of the price. "Support local" but local buys from China, charge exorbitant prices on a lie. SHAME!!!!! I think you write your own positive reviews.

Ordering from Sculpt was effortless and easy. Delivery took place very fast any my items arrived within two days. I didn't receive live updates on how my order is coming along so that I knew when to expect it. When it was out for delivery is when I knew my product was coming. Not having these updates does take away from the excitement of receiving an order you really looking forward too.
The items I purchased are very nice, fabric is lovely colour is stunning. On a personal note, not particularly crazy about the neck line, it feels a little tight or restrictive around my neck. Other than that happy experience.
