My consultant at Search recruitment in Crawley was Barry Chapman. No matter what good things I write, it will never be enough.
I worked for the agency for nine months. From start to finish, Barry was always there to iron out any issues I had. He promptly responded to messages, weekdays or weekends.
Enrolment process was a piece of cake. Even after starting work for a local company, Barry kept in regular touch to enquire if everything was okay. He even filled in my time sheet on a couple of occasions when I had forgotten. Eventfully I was offered a position by the company I casually worked for, Barry made sure that my T&C were correct as well as my salary.
Barry is an asset to the Search Consultancy, they should after him. Barry is a million in one. I wish him all the best of everything this life has to offer.

I had a very good experience with Search Consultancy. I worked for them almost for a year and never had any problems. Payments always on time. Payslips easily accessible and the platform easy to use.
Barry is a very approachable and understanding person. It was a pleasure to work for him. I went through Covid and a few other health problems during my time with the agency and received all the support I needed. I highly recommend Barry and Search Agency in Crawley.

Kate Norman was my recruiter.

The communication with my recruiter was honestly great. Kate was in constant contact with me throughout every step of the way. Whether it be via email or telephone. She went above and beyond in helping me procure the job especially with helping me with the interview and even afterwards where she checked in to see how my first few days were going. The services exceeded my expectations and I will most definitely recommend Kate. I am overjoyed and I would be honoured to work with Kate in the future.

Disgusting agency, had 1 week holiday and didn't get paid it until 2 weeks after and now I left 3 months ago and I'm still waiting on my P45 and 4 days holiday they owe me

My recruiter was Kate Norman from the Manchester branch. It's impossible to overstate the quality of support I received from her during my time with Search! She is absolutely fantastic!

Kate secured my initial interview and stayed with me throughout, she could not have done more to assist during my journey from temp to my eventual permanent position. She was there whenever I needed her and checked-in with me regularly over a period of four months to ensure that everything was going well for me. All communication with Kate was easy and reassuring.

I would recommend Kate and Search to all looking for unwavering support during what can often be a highly stressful experience. I was genuinely upset to be leaving her!

Raya Verdi was fantastic from start to finish during my job search.
