Checked Trustpilot before ordering with Seasons as they were offering lowest available price, so thought I should leave my own review to confirm that their 5 Star rating is fully deserved. Product delivered promptly - kept fully informed and given a 1 hour time slot with DPD for delivery. Will use again for sure.

I ordered 2 replacement plates as they had cracked and broken, and 2 lovely new colours.
2 plates arrived broken, 1 quick email and replacement plates were sent out the next day.

My first experience ordering from Season and based on this I would definitely recommend them! I received a knowledgable personal service when I called them for product advice before making my purchase. After I placed my order, which I needed for the next day for a gift, the shop and warehouse teams went out of their way to send my item for next day, even though I had just missed the next day delivery cutoff. Item arrived as scheduled, as described online (and over the phone), very well packaged and in perfect condition. Couldn’t be happier with my purchase and with the service I received. Wouldn’t hesitate to order from Season again and would definitely recommend them to others.

I went to the Balham store and was treated so well. Wonderful experience. Had knife sharpening service. Perfect.

I had read the good reviews before, but didn’t think it would be applicable to me, since I knew what I wanted and I figured it would just be a one-off purchase and all is well.
Still very happy with my Netherton Foundry pan, but I had a question since it was warped so slightly. I didn’t expect such swift response from Season, who also promptly followed up with Netherton directly. I also like to point out that Netherton’s response was not only very clear, it was also very funny and made my day. Great services on both sides, thank you!

Some items I brought were faulty. Even though I emailed past the 30 day period the customer support team were able to help with a solution. They were extremely fast and resolved my issue with no hesitation and care. Thank you Valeria and Sally.

Reasonably priced and excellent, quick, and hassle-free delivery options. I'm always looking for options to replace the larger online (soulless) retailers and Season will now be my go-to place!

Fantastic selection at good prices but the best part for me is the customer service. Ordered an item that was unopened but I couldn’t use after a kitchen refit and they very kindly offered to exchange it for something else even though it was months later. Delivered the following day and kept me informed via email. Fantastic customer service. Highly recommended and we will definitely be shopping here again.

I bought a set of Wusthof knives from this seller and I must admit, having not ever used them before, I was a little concerned.
I have since received the knives and I am very happy with the service. I called them about a concern of mine and their staff were professional and helpful.
The price is also hard to beat. I may have not heard of them previously but I would be happy to use them again.

I bought a Scanpan from Season which appeared to be losing it’s non-stick coating. I contacted Season and although I could not find my invoice Maia quickly located my order and helped me contact Scanpan who then helped me to resolve the issue. I was extremely pleased with Maria’s efficiency and excellent customer service and as a result would buy again from them.

The salad/fruit bowel is beautiful… lovely people to deal with and very accommodating when I changed my mind on the colour … very well packaged … perfect … thank you … Elizabeth xx

Sadly, I never heard of Season Cookshop until I did a Google search for a Le Creuset tarte tatin dish and this company popped up. I was pleasantly surprised, after visiting their website, by the wide range of homewares they offer. The price for this dish was great and with free delivery I eagerly ordered and it was delivered the very next morning!!
So, a BIG, HUGE, GIGANTIC thank you to all at Season Cookshop, from a very happy customer…

I bought some lovely dinner plates and bowls from Seasons from the Rose and Tulipani range. They were beautiful colours and excellent quality and value. Really pleased with them. Season staff were super-helpful, very friendly and efficient customer service. More than happy to recommend Seasons as a store I will go back to for sure.

My other half bought me a Scanpan pan at Christmas (it was not cheap), I used it 6 times and a chip came out of its super new titanium nonstick coating (advertising blurb: "long-lasting and enables use of metal utensils"). I tried to take it back – they said they asked the manufacturer and were told it was not a manufacturing fault. I then asked the seller to replace or reimburse and they said they couldn't claiming "It can't be a manufacturing fault because they're a reputable company." It must have been struck hard by the sharp edge of a metal object – I have been cooking for many years and I know how to turn a steak. It was not struck hard by a sharp metal object. But there is nothing to be done. Just very disappointing all round.

MORE: Funnily enough when I contacted the company – using their website – they agreed to replace the pan straightaway (I should let the shop have the correct contact). However there was no stock for a while (who knows maybe there was a manufacturing issue?). I also see that another lady had her Scanpan replaced immediately following the non-stick coating coming off. I'm glad that the customer is finally getting good service. It could have saved a lot of bother.

Excellent service, reliable and faultless delivery and good product supplied at reasonable price.
Would certainly use again.
