Visit to Wolverhampton planned to follow on from Aintree. Tickets advertised for an 11:30am ‘gates open’. When thevtickrts came they were for a much later start, meaning we didn’t get home until midnight. Not good enough.

Easy to navigate site and booked tickets quickly.

I made a booking online for the England v Pakistan test match in August . Everything was straightforward and the booking was confirmed by email afterwards . There were no problems .

I wanted to give my husband a special gift for his special birthday I opted for Village Street experience at Hill Dickinson Stadium - Everton v Liverpool as he follows both these teams & have Scottish connections Being unable to consult him on my choices I was totally reliant on Seat Unique for their guidance and advice which was outstanding all the way through. Any questions I had were answered promptly - nothing was too much trouble. The whole experience was second to none all dealt with in a friendly manner Would definitely recommend

It was a brilliant day and the staff at Everton ensured everything went smoothly from parking, meeting the team , Q&A with former players to the training session itself.

Really terrible experience- changed football match from Saturday at 3 to Monday at 8pm and wouldn’t offer a refund but as a “gesture of goodwill” offered tickets at a game which was four times the price and I had to pay the difference- terrible experience

The help and speed of response I was given by Giorgia to make an amendment to tickets I had purchased for Wembley was outstanding. She was friendly and efficient in her dealings with me and my amended tickets were confirmed by email within less than an hour - excellent!

It was not easy to compare the different packages and disappointing that you can’t choose your seats

Great, reliable football ticket arranger. Wonderful seats, great hospitality but, unfortunately, could not get the right result! Brighton lost to Everton. But it was then very first game at Everton’s new Stadium so an amazing experience.

We’ve been well looked after with drinks and afternoon tea. Very good service by the friendly staff in our booth and great introduction into horse racing.

We recently booked tickets through Seat Unique, but a technical issue on the site forced us to purchase three tickets instead of the two we needed. Honestly, we didn't have much hope of getting a refund for the extra seat, but we contacted them anyway.

We were seriously impressed by the customer service team. They clearly explained what had gone wrong and immediately processed a refund for the extra ticket. Not only that but the agent noticed our seats weren't together so moved us around so that they were.

In an industry where poor service is often the norm, this friendly and efficient response was incredibly refreshing. Mistakes happen, but it’s how a company handles them that matters. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t hesitate to use Seat Unique again.

We had a great day at the trackside restaurant. Service and location was very good.
My biggest complaint is that want on table 44 and the tv in front of me was not working until near the end of the day. This meant I had difficulties in watching the racing at Newcastle and the replays at Lingfield. In the end I had to go outside and watch the racing elsewhere.

Easy to book via website/app looking forward to the venue in 185 days from this day 5 Apr 2026
