Product and customer services is outstanding. I have been using the 40 GPH product for three years, just upgraded the membrane housing. Never use shore water since purchasing.

I contacted a friend that had bought this water maker, he liked it told me what kind it was so I got on line to look at it watched all the U tube videos I liked what I saw, so I-ordered one that day. It was easy to order.

Called Sea Water Pro with questions about which unit to purchase, Mike called me back went over what I had on the boat and helped me figure out the correct unit for my needs, I ordered and unit was here in a week, 2nd seawater system I have bought and have recommended these to several of my fellow cruisers and all have been very happy with the products and the service is awesome! Thank you

Went to their store in Ft Lauderdale and they took care of me right away.They explained their whole line of water makers and was out the door in 20 min. Excellent customer service. Got my water maker by UPS in less than a week!! Thanks!!

Water maker arrived quickly and complete, would be nice to get a few extra straight and 90’ fittings but these can be purchases at the local marine or hardware store. Membrane installable length closer to 48” when hose bends included and this required a change in location. I had to add a few additional feed water 90’s and the filters filled up the locker below the head sink but it wasn’t a very usable space.
Support is great, just a phone call away and they even answer after hours if someone is there. Haven’t run the system yet, waiting for cleaner water, may update review later. This system is very similar to the 100+ gph watermakers used on our live-aboard dive boats which ran 24 hrs 5 days a week. I plan on running at a lower pressure, making cleaner water, and 2 hours once or twice a week. The auto flush should relieve most of the routine maintenance but I need to flush the tanks before using. I live aboard and will only need to “pickle” the membranes when I haul out for more than a week.

UPDATE:
Just completed 1600+ miles offshore from the Columbia River to Cabo San Lucas, MX and the watermaker kept us in daily hot showers and drinking water the entire 2 weeks. Makes so much water we overfilled both tanks and were washing the decks via the vents.
A few small problems but a phone call took care of all of them. Had we the opportunity to run the system before heading offshore would have found them. A plastic fitting on the flowmeter was cracked (bypassed for the trip) and the priming pump does not like cavitation (like how often do you have glasslike conditions sailing offshore). Seawater Pro has come out with a new priming pump that should alleviate the cavitation problem and since I bought a spare priming pump, running them in series should fix the problem.

All in all, a GREAT value on a watermaker

Your failure to ship within the 24 hr (mentioned on your website) or the 48 hr (mentioned in your email) time frame and failure to notify me of the delay was not appreciated. If given the choice I would have had you ship everything that was in stock so I could have begun my installation. The lack of a membrane and pressure vessel would not have stopped my installation but not receiving my shipment certainly did. Please, in the future, let your customers know and give them a choice. Mike at Seawater Pro was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We should have it installed this week. Appears very well made. Would highly recommend.

Mike and Arthur both provided excellent customer service during my ordering process and my multiple calls for parts and installation questions. I haven’t completed my install yet but I am very happy with the equipment and installation process thus far. I’m glad to have their help and support thru the process.

I just received the order for our water-maker from SeaWater Pro this afternoon. Even though it has not been installed as yet I am very impressed with the quality of the components and the overall design of the unit. I can't wait to get it up and running. After watching several "how to" videos on the installation of RO water makers, I decided to buy a SeaWater Pro system due to the simplicity of the system. And, at the last minute, SeaWater Pro changed the shipping address for me from my home in Idaho to the Port of Port Townsend (last minute trip to the boat for boat work!). I appreciate the flexibility. Looking forward to the installation and many years of reliable service from the system.
