Excellent products
My purchase was quick and easy, and arrived ahead of schedule. I have psoriasis, and I find the Olive body was and lotion excellent. It never irritates. Used with a net sponge, the body wash makes a lovely lather!

Poor customer service and no support after placing an order
I placed an order on the Sebamed website yesterday (SEBA33879) and quickly realised that the confirmation email showed an incomplete delivery address — the house number was missing. I called customer service first thing this morning to fix the issue, but the experience was disappointing.
The representative I spoke to was unhelpful and seemed unable to assist in any way. She told me someone might call me back but couldn’t say when. I asked to cancel the order since I couldn’t update the address, but was told that wasn’t possible either. There was no solution offered, no follow-up, and no urgency, and the lady on the phone simply hang up on me.
At this point, I have no idea if my order will arrive or if it will go missing. There is no way to amend the delivery details or cancel the order through the website, and customer support doesn’t seem equipped or willing to help.
This kind of service is unacceptable. If you're going to sell products online, you need a functional customer support process to help customers fix basic issues like address errors or order cancellations.
