Easy and helpful
Easy and helpful. Only issue is I am unaware of how long or when my order is going to be sent. I ordered over a bank holiday which is never the best but an email of an update would be good!
I am yet to see my product but hopefully I am happy to go ahead and purchase the rest of the wedding parties!

Resposta da Secret Halo
Hi there Charlotte,
Many thanks for taking the time to leave us a nice review.
We just wanted to address your concern as this is most unusual.
All our customers are sent an email, to the address provided, confirming their order and also another confirming when it ships too.
We always dispatch on the very same or next working day, depending on the time orders are placed.
How long it takes depends on which shipping service you chose, details of each are advised at checkout.
Please do pop us an email or send us an instant message on FB/Insta so we can look into this further for you and provide any other information you'd like.
Hope that helps and we do hope you'll visit us again soon.
Kind regards,
Sarah
& the Secret Halo team!
