Upon enquiring over online I got to know about this place which is located in Bibwewadi , Pune I was been Contacted by the engineer Mr. Adnan to repair my HP laptop switch on /off issue. Enginner told me be sure to come because I am opening shop just for you. When I visited the shop engineer was not found comfortable in repairing the issue rather than just blaming and complaining its design and said we do not repair such high-end laptops and blah blah blah and advising me that such kind of laptops are not get repaired at the authorised service centers as well and also at his care2pc center. Later he suggested me that he will check the complete body and will replace it ( Just for 1 cm switch stuck issue 😁) Finally , he removed the switch asked me to switch on and off the laptop with screw driver and charged me Rs 750/- for it. When I asked why so much then he said I opened it infront of you and if you go to other places they won’t do it and will tell you any other issues like motherboard corrupt etc and will charge you more .Also , I came today though there was a office holiday and repaired your switch issue. Meanwhile he got another call and by customer on other side was asking for his guidance to reach his repair shop. 😀That’s a total story and my experience today. Lesson I learn don’t trust everything online and contact genuine professional experts available in the market rather than hearing unpleasant excuses and stories So, to rap up it my first and last visit to care2pc.

Engineer is not experienced to handle complex issue. My laptop was having 100 disk usage issue. Engineer just did format and install OS but issue not resolved. Charged 1100. In YouTube, several videos are available for this issue but he was not aware. Prefer local vendor than securepc.

I was need for immediate screen replacement at 9 PM, due to my submission supposed to be completed on same day. And suddenly in hurry my laptop fallen from table. Screen got damaged. I had no choice to seek for immediate replacement in Bavdhan. I had contacted few repair shops in bavdhan but not ready to repair immediate. I had contacted Secure2pc support team. I shared my urgency and requested immediate help from team.
