I had a pleasant experience with this car park. Which is a surprise considering the time prior I collected my vehicle and found it was damaged. Due to my dog sitter having left early, a delayed flight and an hour journey home I took the decision to leave the car park under the false assumption that having taken date and time stamped photos and also I’m sure the cctv will show me doing this that the matter would be dealt with quickly How wrong I was. I contacted the car park not 5 minutes after leaving the car park and I have so far been met with a brick wall. Legal proceedings will now have to be taken.

Great easy to use car park. The bus drivers couldn’t have been more helpful when I discovered, at the airport, that I had left my phone in my car. Big thanks to them both!

During my business journey, I utilized Secure Air Parks' EV spot. Upon returning tonight, I encountered an issue as my car wouldn't start. The gentleman at the reception was exceptionally supportive and courteous. He let me stay in the cozy office while waiting for roadside assistance, offered a phone charging option, and even brewed me a coffee. Such kindness is a true asset to the company. Highly recommend!

The service was top-notch. We parked our car and almost immediately, the bus arrived, whisking us to the terminal in under five minutes. Our return experience mirrored the initial journey, with minimal wait time for the bus. Both drivers were friendly, accommodating, and expertly skilled. I would strongly endorse this service.

Excellent service here at Secure Airparks, bus came within 3 minutes on way to airport and was there waiting on journey back. Just what you want! Thanks to Calvin on the phone who helped direct us when we got a bit lost and greeted us on arrival. Definitely recommend and will use again!

I recently parked at Secure Airparks and on arrival I finally found a spot. On return I had damage on both front doors. I have had this costed today and it will be £600 plus vat. So the moral of the story is they are cheap for a reason - the spaces are obviously too tight

On one evening whilst on holiday in Turkey I revived an alert via my car app that my car alarm had been activated. My car was parked at SecureAirparks at Edinburgh airport. I contacted SecureAirParks via their online chat service. The reply was immediate and within half an hour someone had checked my car in person and confirmed that the car was safe and secure. This was all done via the online chat so as to avoid any call charges whilst abroad.

This is a recommended airport car park which gives great service at competitive pricing. Would definitely use again when using Edinburgh airport.

Used Secure Air Parks EV space for a work trip. Arrived back this evening to find car wouldn’t start. Man in reception was very helpful and kind, allowed me to wait for recovery in the warm office, charge my phone and even made me a coffee. So kind and a credit to the business. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Just what you want from an airport parking company. Drive in, welcome message on the barrier screen, park your car. Get on the bus, go to the airport. Same on the way back. No faffing about with apps or qr codes or tickets, plain sailing. Also one of the best priced.Will be using them next time.

Dropped off car, easy to find car park, easy to find space, hop on bus straight to airport, same on way back and we arrived after midnight, bus was there within minutes to pick us up. Really can't fault this company.

Have used this company several times. Last 3 times was the new drop and go facility. Very easy to do. Only downside now is you get dropped at the coach parking drop off and not outside terminal door now. Its not a nice walk all the way there and back now. Cant fault the parking facility though.

I’ve used Secure Airparks numerous times over many years and always highly recommended the service. However we went to book it for our holiday in September and the price has literally doubled. They wanted nearly 200.00 for 2 weeks, which I consider really excessive. We’ve booked another service close by for half the price. I get that land prices have increased but I cannot justify that amount of money to park our car for 2 weeks. I’ve had a lesser cost for an airfare. It is a very good service but I fear others will feel the same and sadly they’ll put themselves out of business.

Excellent service. Drove straight in, parked up, bus arrived in less than 2 minutes and within 5 minutes we were in the terminal. Return journey was just as good. Very short wait for the bus. Drivers on both occasions were very pleasant, helpful and professional. Highly recommend .

I really had to leave this review to confirm the excellent customer service I received from the parking attendant and bus driver at Edinburgh airport.

On the 19th of September my elderly mother and I arrived at the airport to find out we had been scammed by another company for meet and greet parking.

I am disabled and had to drive around various long stay parking to find a place to park with a shuttle to the terminal.

When I arrived at the site at Edinburgh airport even though they were at capacity the attendant managed to find me a disabled parking space, helped with the cases and the bus driver stopped the shuttle bus at the car and helped us on.

He also apologised for the cost as we had to pay the higher rate for on the day parking.

It was not his fault we had been scammed and he was a credit to this company for the service he provided which was above and beyond his job.

Thanks again for helping 2 very vulnerable and upset ladies catch their flight and go on holiday.

I can’t thank them enough.
