Excellent Service and Timely Updates
Really appreciate the team’s prompt responses to all update inquiries, especially Tom Wilkins. I’ve been requesting screening for the company since August 2025, and they never fail to provide updates whenever I ask about the process.
The estimated 10 working days for the type of screening we need is almost always met, except in cases where delays are due to the institutions themselves.
Highly recommended!

Above and beyond service
We found ourselves in a position where we needed to gain BPSS accreditation for a number of engineers at very short notice. The support and assistance we received from the team at Secure Screening Services was first class. In particular, the help from both Ting Ting and Sarah was excellent.

I would definitely recommend their services. They’re always happy to talk through any queries, big or small, and you feel confident that the information you’re receiving is accurate. I dealt with Simon today who not only answered my question but went above and beyond by sending additional materials to help with any future queries. Most places would have simply pointed me in the right direction, but he made it easy. Excellent service.

Helpful Staff
Was a fairly smooth process and two of the staff were extremely helpful and that was Harry and Ting Ting. Ting Tings communication was second to none and really helped to complete the process.
