Company claimed I had 2 different account under 2 different names trading 2 different instruments from same device. Totally impossible as I trade only gold on a dedicated server. Despite providing proof, it falls on deaf ears. What is more alarming is they say it happened on first day of funded, but I had first payout and now asking for second they refuse, then come up with this story and close my account. Utter disgrace and scamming. And before anyone goes to say I am one of those that have broken the rules and complaining. I have followed every single rule to the letter and trade same way all the time! Disgrace. I will look to take legal action and report this LLC to FCA.

I bought a challenge but couldn't login to MT5 because the correct server didn't pop up for the broker's demo account by default. I didn't realize you have to select the server and change it manually.

A customer service rep actually sent me a screen recording on how to change the server (after a few emails of me telling him it wasn't working - I'm kinda slow sometimes), and I was able to login. And I think that's awesome. Thanks again.
