What made my experience great customer service was helpful

I want to try to be as unbiased as I can but my personal opinion is based off of my experience so take it how you want.

Experience : 11/14/2023 I traded at 730 in the morning. Cpi was due to release at 830 per usual. I know from experience that it isn’t good to trade news right when major news drops but it’s okay to take a trade no less than 15min from when it drops because spread widens at release.

Anyway….. I traded A WHOLE HOUR before news dropped. I was sitting in the consolidation for a whole 60 minutes before cpi was released and when I checked my mt4 I was surprised to see the trade breached my account at a loss of almost 5.5% ……………… BFFR 😴 i didnt even contact support because I know they will probably say it’s due to news and truthfully idc because this just showed me I can only partner with FTMO because risking 1% and losing 5.5% is CRAAAAZZZYY.

I really wanted to rock with them for the 96% return (which is not as favorable as some may think because they only give u 96% on the first payout then after that its 80%…. Like.. OH 😴😴) and biweekly payout outs but yeah that’s my review lol and to whoever is reading this.. BE, DO, HAVE!!! Continue to push for greatness and stay committed to being your best self. Just signed up for a 300k challenge. Everything was straight forward but this is the easy part. It will interesting to see how this prop firm conduct themselves when it comes to payouts. The reviews look good so l am optimistic that the integrity is there.

Best funding program for new traders. Freedom to trade in a way that fits you. Less restrictive.

I like Chris, but I feel that the company, should allow EA that help trader manage there risk. Making it easier to trade. I hope he wants to be on the cutting edge, and allow Trade Locker to be a platform for his traders. MT4, MT5 are so out dated, and having to calculate your own position size with STB makes it worse.

I have a great experience with customer support. The only problem is opening a trade goes a few pips ahead of the initial buy/sell. We must work that out to get better market executions with our trades.

I had pleasant experience. My goal now is to complete the 2nd phase challenge. This experienced really made me pay more attention to details. The rules made me make smarter choices namely what i couldn't afford lose(dollar wise) so I was locked in and more focused on the objective.
