Pragmasis are simply the best: clear explanations and rational advice on security levels for different applications from the most thief resistant to storage reinforcement. They replied to all my questions prior to purchasing a bike ground lock and also advised very clearly on how to fit them.

Good product. Good service. Courier service web site for tracking was very useful. Good advice on what bikes it will not fit and the video was very good.
