I’ve been suffering with ovulation pain for all my life so I gave Seed Cycle a try and it’s a game changer! I’m not saying that the pain has gone completely but it hasn’t been as bad as it used to be. It tastes good in almost any thing, I love making salad dressing with the Seed Cycle. So over all I highly recommend this product!

I absolutely love Seed Cycle! It is so quick to add the seeds into my routine —whether it’s in smoothies, oats, overnight oats or in savoury dishes like scrambled tofu or on avocado toast. The ready to use seed packs means it’s easy to stay consistent. The customer service has always been great too; they’re always so friendly, quick to respond, and genuinely care. Since I started, I’ve noticed a difference in my energy levels, less PMS symptoms and a better mood overall throughout my cycle. The recipes they post on their Instagram are also delicious - my favourite and a staple for me now are the energy balls!

I used Seed Cycle when trying to get pregnant and on IVF to make sure I was getting all the nutrients my body needed during my cycle. It was super easy to scatter on my cereal and fruit in the morning or pop in a smoothie. Now I’ve had my little boy, I use it to make sure am healthy while breastfeeding. It makes getting what your body needs as a woman so easy and convenient.
I’ve been looking for something to help with hormonal balance around that time of the month. By using Phase 1 and 2 (depending on where I am in my cycle), in my morning smoothies, I’ve seen SUCH a positive difference in my mood and skin.
