I ordered from them about 3 weeks ago, three types of seeds. A week ago I received a package which contained one small bag with what looks like decomposed sawdust, mailed from Wisconsin. I disputed the charge with my credit card which froze it, after that seedfella started answering my emails. Claim 1: we sent you everything in the package. Claim 2: look in your mailbox, it is all there. Claim 3: sorry we made a mistake and will ship your seeds now, appears from China according to tracking. Have not received yet and at this point I do not care. $30 for decomposed sawdust is too much, and I feel stupid for not googling them before ordering. Luckily paid with visa and they seem to care enough to freeze the payment.

I thought this was an Australian site, nope China. I received seeds that look nothing like the seeds I ordered. I have asked for a refund with no success.

This company seems to be run out of the US but sources seeds from China. The seeds I ordered took a long time to arrive and the tracking app never seemed accurate. I now doubt I have even received the seeds I wanted and paid for. No species is listed on the packet. Totally unprofessional company!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. Appears to be a scam site. My order was mysteriously lost in transit, and when I reached out to the "company", I was told a refund would be given promptly. No refund has ever been received, despite my persistent enquiring. And now, two months later, their customer support email contact is no longer valid.

Chinese based scaming company took money and never sent anything. This website shouldn't be allowed

These guys are scammers. You won't get the right seeds. And, the phone number leads to scammers.

Never buy from this company. They are based in China and will send seeds without providing any details about seed inclosed so customs destoyed them, as they should. Just another example of why you should double check any purchase from China

Una estafa, pedí unas semillas por 12 euros y me mandan unas semillas que no tiene nada que ver con lo pedido. Lástima que no viese antes las opiniones que había sobre dicha pagina. Lamentable que no la bloquee para que no estafen más. Ni intento ponerme en contacto con ellos, seguro que se van a burlar del cliente.

Three items were ordered. One arrived. Several messages were answered with the same unprofessional response; we see all items were delivered. WRONG.

It really should rate a zero, since the site appears to be a complete scam and not a legitimate business. The website is very sophisticated and seems like the real thing. I was immediately suspicious when I saw that the native North Carolina plant seeds I ordered were being shipped from China. And then if the "tracking" is to be believed, the items arrived in Chicago and then were delivered in Oregon. I live in North Carolina. Not sure if they are trying to run out the clock on returns or what. But either way you are not going to get your money back from the vendor. They will not outright deny you, but they will play games and try to wear you out. Your best bet is to try and get your money back through your credit card company or payment platform. It appears there are other seed companies doing the same...I suspect its the same group.
I like to think I am a savvy online shopper, but these guys do a great job of deception (clean website, US addresses, tracking numbers, review website asking for ratings, etc). They fooled me completely. Very disappointing in that I have to really be careful now when using new sites. But in this case it would have been as easy as checking Trust Pilot...which I plan to do first next time I am in this situation.

... scamming gardeners!? I agree with all the one-star reviews. I just wish I had seen them BEFORE I ordered. Reading these reviews now, I see I was lucky. I lost $15, but some buyers lost much more. As others reported, I also received the wrong seeds, though seedfella insists I got what I ordered. No refund, no replacement, no store credit. Shortly after I ordered from this site, suspected fraud was reported on the credit card I used to pay them and I had to get a new credit card number. I also reported this business to my credit card company. I usually order from one of two reputable seed sellers here in the U.S., but these seeds are exotic and not available from my usual sources so I tried seedfella. Big mistake!

I had to pick a 1 star but wouldn’t even give that if I could have picked 0 I would have.
I ordered product. That part was easy, quick, website well laid out.
That’s all the positives they get.
Never received product, asked for a refund, and was refused. What the hell. $90 down the toilet.

Pedí las semillas a esta empresa porque, su sede está en Londres. Unos días después me avisan desde la aduana de que he de pagar impuestos para que pasen la aduana ya que las semillas viene desde China. Para ello, los gastos de tramitación son mayores que lo que me costaron las semillas. Respuesta de Seed Fellas: nosotros las hemos mandado....
No suelo comprar este tipo de productos pero desde luego, no creo que lo vuelva a hacer y menos ahí.

Seeds arrived 9 weeks after purchase and are not what I purchased. No idea what they are, do not trust this company.

They advertise plants that don't exist.

This company is chinese 60% of the seeds they sent me are not the right seeds at all.
