Das ist ein fake Shop ich habe mir am 27.8.2025 eine uhr konfiguriert nach nir ein paar stunden kam eine Email das es zu Verzögerung kommt darauf hin habe ich gefragt ob fertige Uhren schneller bei mir eintreffen würden worauf auch geantwortet wurde das sie den Bestand überprüfen das war die letzte antwort die ich bekommen habe auf mehrfaches erfragen keine antworten mehr und keine Reaktionen außerdem wurde der link zu meiner Bestellung stillgelegt so das ich den Status meiner Bestellung nicht nachverfolgen kann.

Exceptional Warranty Service
I recently sent my Seiko SPB255J1 in for warranty service due to accuracy issues, and I'm thoroughly impressed with the entire experience.
Hazel Welch and the customer service team provided excellent communication throughout the process. The watch was booked into their system efficiently, and I was kept informed at every stage.
The turnaround time was fantastic, much quicker than I anticipated. The movement service was thorough and included a complete accuracy regulation, water resistance testing to 200m, and all functional checks. The watch came back beautifully packaged and is now running with exceptional accuracy.
The quality of work by Seiko UK's watchmakers is outstanding. The movement feels like new, and I'm confident it will serve me well for years to come.
This experience has reinforced my trust in Seiko as a brand. Professional service, skilled technicians, and genuine care for customers. Highly recommended!

62 Mas/6R35 service
Sent my 62 Mas watch for a service. Good communication. Prompt dispatch after service. Watch came back looking like new and more or less perfectly regulated - gaining less than a second a day. This seems exceptional for the 6R35 movement, which doesn't have a stellar reputation for accuracy. Very pleased with the overall experience.

Really care for their customers
My husband’s watch started to become unreliable just 3 months out of the guarantee. It was a birthday present and he had been very pleased with it and had just paid for a lifetime battery replacement. I wrote to Seiko and told them of his disappointment and asked if they could possibly repair it under the expired guarantee but they went better than that and replaced it. Unbelievable generosity and customer care.

Seiko Servicing undertook a Service and…
Seiko Servicing undertook a Service and repair on my watch which my local jeweller advised was beyond repair. But it's a beautiful watch and I value it highly. Seiko did a brilliant job on the watch at a most reasonable fee. It was returned working perfectly and looked brand new. Thank you Seiko Servicing.

Seiko clocks.…disaster.
Don't buy Seiko clocks....told by Seiko UK that they don't stock spare parts and only just replace faulty clocks that are still under warranty.
This means that if spare parts are needed, independent clock repairers can't buy what they need.
A total write off.
Never buy Seiko clocks.

Exemplary service!
My vintage seiko was originally deemed beyond repair at Seiko on account of its age (only 1981!!) but a list of repairers was given. However, the repairers later decided to give it a go and repair it. The wonderful Hazel from customer services dealt with it and kept me fully informed. She is an example to customer service departments across the country. Thank you also to the repair team for their efforts. The repair cost more than the value of the watch but it is of great sentimental value.

Excellent customer service
I wanted to have my late husbands vintage watch repaired so I could give it to my son. Seiko Uk tried but the parts are no longer available
Customer Service agent, Hazel Welch, explained they couldn’t recommend anyone but gave me a list of watch repairers who might help. She was the star of the show. Her kindness and compassion was amazing. Her superb customer service made the difference.

I have a 1970s Seiko Chronograph I was looking to get repaired. Unfortunately the parts for it are no longer available. Although they were unable to help, they provided me with a list of approved repairers who might be able to help. I made a couple of phone calls and have found an horological institute approved repairer to help.

I spent over 500 on a new seiko…
I spent over 500 on a new seiko craftmanship presage watch. Under 6 months started losing half hour a day. No damage ever, has to go back to seiko for 4 plus weeks. i know to stick to chinese £20 watches- the 10 or so i have are still working fine after years.(all autos)

I recently purchased a Prospex Pogue Chronograph Solar Watch which I am delighted with ! However I needed to adjust the bracelet which uses the pin & collar method & can be fiddly.Unfortunately I misplaced this & decided to contact SEIKO Customer Services for a replacement via email.I was contacted promptly by Beverley who offered to forward a replacement free of charge which was received recently & I can now wear my watch.I felt the service I received was excellent & would have no hesitation in recommending !!

They took my details and called back within 24hrs. They had located some pre owned links and sent them to me free of charge.

I bought a Seiko watch 22 years ago for…
I bought a Seiko watch 22 years ago for my husbands 60th birthday. My husband died last year and I decided to give his watch to my grandson. The watch needed a service and a new bracelet so I contacted the service department. I spoke to Hazel and after identifying the model she was doubtful about having the correct bracelet. However, when it was returned not only was the watch pristine but had a new correct bracelet.
Thank you all in the service department for your polite and efficient dealings.

I tried to find such things on the internet without success. Eventually I contacted Seiko UK and after some email conversation I was sold the correct items at a reduced price. The Customer Service team is excellent.

Thanks Seiko…I have my old watch back fixed and looking great.
I had an older seiko quartz watch and wasn’t sure if it was repairable.
I contacted Beverley at Seiko and she arranged for it to be examined. I have a serious illness and my life expectancy isn’t long and wished to pass this watch onto a relative along with some others. Beverley said she would speak with her service dept to see if they could speed things up and they did. So the watch came back fixed within 48 hours, huge thanks to Beverley, Hazel and her colleagues for this excellent work.
I also ordered a new Gene Kranz Seiko watch which was only due for release on 1/7/2025. It too was sent quickly and it will be passed onto my relative.
Thanks so much Seiko people at Maidenhead.youve been brilliant.

I bought a Seiko watch and found that the bracelet was a little tight. I decided to write a little note to 'Seiko' asking if it was possible to supply me with 'extra' links - never expecting a big corporation like Seiko to be concerned about my problem. I could not have been more wrong! I got an immediate reply from 'Beverley', her customer service skills knew no bounds, and she forwarded to me the links and my watch is perfect.
