To be clear: this company did me dirty. They allowed years of my creative history to vanish and then turned their backs when I reached out for help. It is pathetic and unprofessional to treat a core customer like garbage after they’ve spent years building on your platform.
TO EVERYONE ELSE: Stop wasting your time here. If they are willing to trash a loyal user who created nearly 2,000 stories, they will trash you too. They don’t care about your creativity, your time, or your loyalty—they only care about your data until it becomes a "problem" for them. This isn't just a glitch; it’s a total lack of integrity. Stay away unless you want to wake up one day and find years of your hard work gone forever. I also have photographic evidence of all the crashes and glitches The developers are deactivating accounts without warning in response to negative feedback. This practice results in the total loss of all user-generated content and data. I strongly advise against investing time or money here, as legitimate criticism is met with immediate account termination."
