Fantastic experience working with Selectabase, everything from start to finish run smoothly. Very quick turn around, fingers were on the pulse, never had to chase once! Was hoping for 50 responses to our mailings for our seminar, we are currently at 96 with 2 weeks to go. Will definitely be using again!

Great service and easy to use software. We're using their TPS screening and you can do it in batches, one number at a time or via their API --- we're using all three. You have a single account to see what you have left and they've been brilliant to work with -- helping us cover urgent gaps and being flexible on billing. Highly recommend!

We have worked with Selectabase for the past few years. I can honestly say the data and speed at which this comes across is second to none.
The online portal is easy to use and have already recommended them to a few of our existing clients.

We send a substantial number of email campaigns each month both on our own behalf and for clients and have found selectabase to be the "best of the bunch". We only do B2B but their lists are up-to-date and meet the specs we lay down. The download process is definitely "Best in class". I don't want to overegg it but they have friendly, helpful staff as well. I'm happy to recommend them. Brian. techsb

Olivia aka Data Expert - is always on hand, making the data minefield so much easier to digest, and making sure you're buying data that matches your "ideal client" pesona.

Poor service. Deadline for delivery was not met. Many leaflets were not delivered. Company would not take responsibility for the non-deliveries. Will not use them again.

We had 455 returned letters as Gone Away and 8 complaints fielded from the recipients. This database was supposed to have integrity as part of Experian. I must say I am unimpressed and will not use Selectabase in future.

A good service - very useful. Although I didnt have time to use the service to its full capacity I intend to do so in the future.

James Flashman has provided us with an excellent service over the last 12 months, we have just renewed.
The data we receive is quality and the results are much higher than other companies we have used. We also use their excellent Create and Post service.

I have had no issues at all with Selectabase and found their customer service to be excellent.

For my client base you have to be very careful when using marketing companies but Selectabase has so far delivered.
