Misleading marketing - bad customer service
1st, they charge me undisclosed fees.
2nd, it took 3 weeks until I received the product
3rd, the product didn't work as presented, but they refused to refund.
Bottom line - very bad experience, not customer oriented. DO NOT RECOMMEND1

Thought I was getting an upgrade product that was advertised on their sight in a certain color to know it was an upgraded product to only to receive all basic black not.rose color like the upgrade stated. They said on their end they only have the black.
Phone chargers charge but phone stands are not good quality.
Spray nozzles are advertised metal but are plastic and dont connect in my hoses properly.
Wait time to get products took 2 plus weeks.
Also didnt know when you purchase an item you are put on a subscription.
Customer service was not very helpful. No refunds cause they said it was on my end not theirs.

Reading through this, there's a lot stacked on one order, the wrong color on the upgrade, the nozzle material, the phone stand quality, the wait, the membership signup, and the support response. That's too much for any single purchase to be carrying, and we want to look at it properly.

Do not use this company to ship anything, they will sign you up for a subscription service without telling you and they do not accept refunds. Very harsh policy and criminal if you ask me. Scummy.

They charge you for a subscription you're not aware you applied for. You place an order and they sign you up. Bad practice!!! Not worth it. Pass the word!!!!

Very misleading on getting you to increase spend
Sadly the word TRUST is in Trust Pilot’s name because you can’t TRUST them. Very misleading on getting you to increase your total $ spend. Showed newer nozzle from one in my cart at same price - then didn’t see a screen reflecting breakdown of my order before hitting purchase. Now receiving 2 nozzles (original one and newer one) for double my intended spend. I tried to email the address mentioned you can email, to cancel either 1 or both nozzles, but sitting at 2 days waiting for a response.
Also luckily looked at my email right after purchase, to see I was apparently in a $30/month membership-luckily cancelled immediately.
Very sneaky way to get you to spend more $, even sneakier than any other online purchases I’ve ever made.
