This company doesn’t deserve 1 star. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I was sent the wrong color item and have sent 8 emails with no response. I talked to some man today that I couldn’t understand due to him being foreign and he was absolutely no help at all and actually said that he couldn’t help me that I’d need to send an email. I was so aggravated because he wasn’t understanding that I’ve already sent 8 emails so I finally just hung up. This company is a SCAM!! Now I’ve got to dispute this with my bank and try to get my money back that this horrible company was so quick to take!!!!!!!

I only gave this company one star because zero stars wasn't an option.

I ordered a crib from SelectFurniture.com as a gift for my son and daughter-in-law, and they shipped the wrong color. Mistakes happen—but what is completely unacceptable is the total lack of customer service.

For the past two weeks, I have repeatedly called and emailed, and I have not received a single response. No return calls, no email replies, no acknowledgment that there is even an issue. It is impossible to get anyone to help.

At this point, my only option appears to be contacting my credit card company to dispute the charge since SelectFurniture.com has made no effort to resolve their mistake.

I would strongly caution anyone considering purchasing from this company. If something goes wrong with your order, don't expect anyone to stand behind it or even respond. Save yourself the frustration and buy from a retailer that values its customers.

The map of Untied States was NOT laminatedbut have a low grade plastic coating. The map came creased at the corner. For a map that cost more than fifteen dollars, I expected a higher quality product

I ordered something, and 4 days later no update on my order at all, despite emailing customer support. Which I can't contact

I received the pillow that I ordered and loved it, but I kept waiting for a bedspread. It never arrived and then I got a refund. I really wanted the bedspread and sent a couple messages about it, but haven’t heard.

They were a gift, and are very satisfied! Thank you

their customer service is non existent, will not answer emails will not return my calls, when I call it comes up as a different business name lightsdaddy,, don't deal with them, buy somewhere else

This is a fake company. If you pay with PayPal it will not let you use your credit card. You have to use your bank info. They will not ship the product. They will tell PayPal it was delivered. PayPal will not refund your money. It’s a straight scam. They are thieves.

Unfortunately I received the completely wrong item. I’ve called multiple times and sent 3 emails with no response on how to return, replace or get a refund. I would no recommend purchasing from this company.

Would be great if they didn't "dropship" from Amazon and if what I ordered actually arrived. When I order things, I like and expect to receive them. Sounds crazy, I know. Otherwise, great experience! Pop-ups on site are minimal and the customer service never responds!

Ordered 2 Wejoy Tanning Chairs on November 25, 2025. The chairs were never received. The company never replied to email or voice message refund request. Avoid this company!

Awful. Immediate credit card charge, amazon tracker provided that leads to no where. They’re a total scam, don’t bother. If it seems too good to be true, it’s bc it is!

I ordered and paid for an item from their website on December 31, 2025. On January 2nd, I received an email from them telling me the item was on its way, and they gave me a tracking number (an Amazon tracking number). I clicked the link, and got to the Amazon.com website, where I was informed that the tracking number "doesn't exist."

I have written three emails to them (never got responses), called them (couldn't reach anyone), and then used a "contact form" from their website, which has also not been answered. As of today, I'm tossing in the towel.

I think I've been scammed. I have to take it up with my card company now, I guess.

Ordered a Christmas gift and as soon as I ordered I got a notification "order is on the way" which was 9 days ago. I have been calling, emailing, and trying to contact someone via chat with zero responses trying to get the status of my order. Super quick to charge my card but will not respond. I have tried contacting them every day for the past 5 days.

I bought a business card holder from here. It arrived quickly and as described on the website.

No response to any phone call or email. They said my item has shipped but no tracking or details on shipment. Not sure if my item is even truly available
