AVOID THIS WEBSITE: Wrong Item Sent, Item Returned, No Refund Issued
I am posting this as a serious warning to other consumers.
My experience with Selectif Official followed a very specific sequence that others should pay close attention to.
First, I received the wrong item. I contacted the company immediately and was reassured that this would be resolved through an exchange or refund. During this phase, communication was polite, responsive, and accommodating.
However, the return collection process was repeatedly delayed despite constant follow-ups from my side. After significant back and forth, the item was finally collected and returned to the merchant.
From that point onward, everything changed.
No refund was issued. No official proof of refund was ever provided (and when asked for a refund proof they BLOCK you to avoid you, because they have no proof since they never did the refund). Communication became inconsistent and then openly dismissive. I was told “case closed” and “I will no longer talk to you on WhatsApp.” I was subsequently blocked.
What is particularly alarming is the timing. The drawn-out delays — from incorrect shipment to return handling to vague refund assurances — extended beyond the standard bank chargeback dispute period. Throughout that entire time, I was repeatedly reassured that the refund was “being processed.”
Only after the dispute window had effectively passed did the cooperation stop.
The pattern is deeply concerning:
• Wrong item sent
• Reassuring communication during return stage
• Repeated delays in collection
• Item returned to merchant
• No refund processed
• No proof of refund provided
• Communication cut off
When dealing with high-value goods, legitimate businesses provide full documentation — order confirmations, return confirmations, and refund transaction references. None were provided in this case.
Avoid this website. The pattern of delays and lack of refund transparency are extremely concerning.
