Awesome experience so far, Don is great and offered what was best for me and my family. The process is moving rapidly and I'm happy to recommend SelectQuote. The quote I got from Don is much better than the quote my current policy company offered.

I always had communication as to where in the process things stood, starting with the quote through the insurance company's approval process. There were technical issues and select Quote assisted me and made things flow inspite of the technical issues.

I applied on Jan 22nd and your process took 7 months and almost no one was responsible, or in charge of your processes. You caused a lot of bad will between the insured and the policy owner.

Easy to work with. Kept in contact thru the whole process. Returned phone calls when necessary.

This was my second time using SelectQuote for term life insurance. The first experience, 20 years ago, was good.

This one was not. In my opinion, the salesman was too aggressive with me from my first phone call. I knew that I'd be buying a new policy, so his sales tactics didn't impact my decision-making, but he made me uncomfortable.

Further, on some occasions, when I sent very important e-mails to employees involved in writing my policy, I didn't get timely replies, and had to send second e-mails. I was buying a policy costing over $5,000 per year. SelectQuote was getting paid too well to not respond to me promptly amd thoroughly.

Please note: my criticisms do not apply to the customer service agent whose initials are A.H.; she was fantastic.

From start to finish, the process was super easy.
