SelectQuote took out an unauthorized charge from my financial institution then refused to acknowledge that they didn’t notify me of upcoming changes. I would never recommend them to anyone. My 3 adult children are researching life insurance companies for themselves and their families. I advised them to steer clear. Very unfortunate because I’ve been with this company for 20 years.

Painfully lengthy process with too many reps involved/changing throughout. 8 months to finalize a Life Ins application. Limited updates and details in responses to questions. I needed to advocate for myself to secure updates and ensure medical records were delivered properly.

The Agent was very prompt, professional, personable, and knowledgeable. He understood what I needed and was able to get the policy I wanted. After thorough interviewing, he provided me a proposal that he felt would be accurate based on the high-quality company's guidelines. He didn't guarantee anything but provided perspective from his expertise and experience. The policy, coverage, and premium came back precisely as he told me he expected it to.
