I’ve have instructed surveys from Selectsurv on two occasions. The first purchase fell through for unrelated reasons and the second time I instructed them again without hesitation. Both surveys we instructed were thorough (we had a L3 the first time and L2 the second due to different kinds of properties being purchased) and our follow up questions were encouraged and never felt like a hassle.
