Unfortunately I can’t give zero stars!
DO NOT BUY from this company!
I ordered two strapless bras advertised via instagram at the start of July, we’re now October & still not received!
I have sent many emails demanding a refund & been fobbed off…a total scam!

I now recognize your modus operandi- take the customers money, months of delays, product arrives RUBBISH. Customer is so fed up can’t be bothered to return. Hey ho company keeps your money.

Your company is a disgrace!

Be ashamed.

Product sent was not what was advertised, poorly made, very wrong sizing obviously stolen their advert from another company who actually do sell the bras. AVOID like the plague, you will waste your money like I have. 😡

Avoid! Item arrived wouldn’t fit a 10 year old it’s so small - contacted them for a return/refund they only offered me £4! Even though their return policy states you get full refund- absolutely shocking company if I could I would award zero stars 😡

The information in this packet is fantastic material. It gives hope, inspiration and logical information to help understand how to have healthy relationships. I highly recommend it!

Great experience from the beginning. Immediate response, smooth download. Thoughtful, impactful, helpful product for people who struggle with their inner child! I was so pleased with my decision to buy!

I would give zero stars if I could. I was supposed to receive my order November 27th. I did not and when I reached out 2 weeks after that to see where my order was they said it was delayed. I asked to cancel my order and they refused to cancel and return my money saying that they already shipped it, which was a complete lie, I had the tracking number and it said label created and has not been shipped yet. The owner has intentionally made things super difficult. She sent the book out anyways (end of December, an entire month late), of which I had to waste time to take back to the post office, not to mention 10 emails back and forth with her. I returned the item which was received by her on January 3rd (tracked shipping) and still no refund January 8th. I have been dealing with this for months now. DO NOT order from this site!

The content of the her products has been a wonderful addition to my resource library for my therapy clients. There was a shipping issues but she quickly fixed the issue. I’m happy to support her and her products!

‼️Avoid this company‼️ Paid £46.00 for two items on the 21st Sept 2024. They say they dispatch within 24 hours. They didn't. They said there was an issue with packaging and that there was a delay. I explained that if the order didn't arrive by this week it would no longer be needed for my project. They said if it didn't arrive in time they would gladly refund it.

Roll on to today, 4th Oct and I've messaged to tell them it didn't arrive in time and want the refund as agreed. Now getting some BS replies saying they dispatched within 24 hours (which they already told me they didn't and can see from the shipping) and that because its in transit they can't refund. (I asked for a refund prior to shipping because it wasn't dispatched in time to arrive.)

There are other companies selling the same thing. I don't know if this is a scam company but they certainly aren't to be trusted. I'm UK based so don't have any legal way to chase it up. So basically, I'll make sure I report my experience as loudly as possible across every possible platform until I am refunded as agreed to make sure nobody else falls fowl of the same issue.

I don't normally spend this much on Facebook ads. If I'd realised it wasn't UK based I defo wouldn't have purchased as no consumer rights. But as I'm sure they're replying on, I was in a bad way that day and saw it and reacted. Looking to try and help myself. But now seems I've been taken advantage of. Which is infuriating as I usually deem myself to be a sensible person who doesn't make poorly thought through decisions.

‼️Absolutely avoid. Please don't make the same mistake I did. ‼️

Fantastic materials so much value for the cost. It is high level and very useful product i warmly recommend others. Even it is made for children, it can - in my professional opinion as psychiatric nurse, do well for grown ups too
