For one reason or the other I noticed that this company was taking a monthly subscription off my account.
I notified them that this was not a subscription I set up, did not use any of their services, want to cancel this subscription and would like my money back.
It turned out to be impossible to get ahold of anyone, no response, nothing.
After a number of reminders I gave up and just made sure any future payments were blocked by my bank.

Shameless scammers if you ask me.

My issue was resolved quickly and efficiently, Kristine responded to my request and resolved it without any complications.

I have a lot of very good info that is going to help me improve my Etsy Store.
Though a little downside… I feel that an effort should have been made on the format of the ebook. A pdf visually appealing book would have been nice since we talk about art. Very good value for the price though.

Kristine has been very helpful and sweet. The bundle of e-books is great too;)

I got everything I have asked for. My access to e-book is still available. They were really helpful. I am going start with Printumo soon so I will stay in touch more often with their service.

I had an issue due to a typo of my email when I purchased Jacob's product. Jacob quickly resolved the issue and re sent the ebooks which I am looking forward to reading. Many Thanks
