I ordered two customised rings, and after messing up my order I tried to contact them multiple times in various ways- no response, no money back. Non-existent customer service. Great birthday gift ruined.
I have ordered a product - as a gift for a friend - from Sellbest.nl.
I didn't find the same online in my home country (Belgium), but I have good experience with ordering from the Netherlands - a neighbour country, what can go wrong, right?
To make sure I also clearly indicated in my order that I needed the product within 2 weeks (to which I didn't receive a message that it was not possible). When I didn't hear about Sellbest for 1 whole week, I made an enquiry via email - just to be surprised by seeing the track link that they sent me that my order is delivered from China.
The gift didn't arrive in time.
If I had known that it would be coming all the way from China (which was also not disclosed on sellbest's website) I wouldn't have ordered it from Sellbest.
There was a reason after all why I didn't order it from Temu myself - where similar products are available for the fragment of the price that I now paid to Sellbest, topped by the fact that it didn't arrive within 2 weeks as explicitely requested (which in case of a delivery from China could originally be well anticipated)..
Kinderpakje besteld in maat 125-130. Ze sturen een pakje in maat 120 en dus veel te klein voor het kind. Na verschillende klachten en vraag om retour geen enkel antwoord hunnentwege. Uiteindelijk na bemiddeling van paypal toch geretourneerd en mijn centen teruggestort. Mijn retourkosten van 11.60€ weigeren ze terug te betalen. Had paypal niet tussengekomen was ik zowel het pakje als mijn geld kwijt geweest!!
