The salesperson was so inept and…

The salesperson was so inept and insincere ... he just read from a script in a low monotoned voice I could hardly understand him. You could tell he really didn't want to be present the product at all. Luckily I could read what was on the screen. Then he literally started picking his nose while were talking. Disgusting! I would never give this company $4000 of my hard-earned money, I did not feel like they were professional at all.

Nigel hung up our zoom on me once I…

Nigel hung up our zoom on me once I told him I didn't want to sign up today. Salespeople need trained better. I didn't even hate the concept, just didn't know when he could get back in touch with me and he pouted when i told him I wasn't sure. Very awkward. Seemed like he NEEDED that sale, which whether he did or not obviously never comes across well.

Better than Most

I find this business model to be superior to other lead generation programs. The fact they prequalify the sellers and set the appts. allows for the agent and the seller with the expectation of getting a meeting in home.

Great Legit Lead Source

Like others say, it took me a little while to get a listing but I had to grasp the correct expectations, which are that even tho these are legit appointments, its still a numbers game and they are real sellers who present the same objections as leads from any other source. If you can budget for 2-4 appointments a month and have the right mindset, you will succeed! Customer service is great, altho sometimes delayed.

Referral leads were not serious Sellers

I joined Seller Appointment Hub after moving to a new area. I have 28 years of experience as a broker. Four of the five leads I received refused to allow me to see the interior of their properties. The fourth lead never answered any of my communications. The last referral lead told me he would do a one day “listing” if I brought him an offer 25% over market. That is NOT a potential listing, as advertised. Only two of the five referral leads ever listed, and both were more than six months after I was contacted.

It’s important to point out that in your campaign, two of the five homeowners ultimately listed their properties- a 40% listing outcome. That is double the 20% conversion rate we typically see across the thousands of appointments we book each year, including for many of the top agents and real estate teams we partner with nationwide.

While seller motivation varies and no service can guarantee a listing, what you experienced is actually above-average performance compared to industry norms. Some homeowners may take longer to make decisions, may not be ready for interior showings yet, or may ultimately decide against selling. That’s part of the natural mix of motivated sellers, and we do our best to identify those who are open to having real conversations with agents in their area.
