There is no way to speak to someone…

There is no way to speak to someone here. They changed my subscription account level without notifying me and charged me almost 10X times more per month. I luckily caught it and chatted with them but could not get anyone on the phone. It's not the correct way to do business.

Dark cancellation tactics

Avoid. Makes it unnecessarily hard to cancel. Might have gotten some value from their service, but this kind of tactic should not be rewarded in business. It should not take 15 minutes of my day to cancel a recurring payment.

Originally signed up for follow up email follow up services

Originally signed up for follow up emails services approximately 16 months ago. After the trial, they charge you each month without your knowledge until you cancel. Was unaware of this. This business was a side seller account with about 500 in it's reserve bank. It was an account we did not look at. Anyway, we reached out for a refund. They refused to give us some or all of the refund. This was disappointing since we did not use the service. They can see that on their end. Moreover, the service they were charging us for is not even something amazon allows. Follow up emails have been over with a long time ago. My partners and I were already unhappy with their services as it is. We decided to cancel our two other accounts with them. Those accounts paid them approximately 1300 per month.

Seller Labs is an app that is approved for use in the Amazon App store in addition to being a member of the Amazon MWS Developer Council. Our tool is NOT a violation of Amazon's policy. In fact, Amazon's policy was updated in September 2020 to explicitly state that you CAN use 3rd party software to solicit reviews from your buyers. Seller Labs is a SaaS application that charges a monthly fee. When you sign up for our free trial you are required to add a credit card and the details of our program are explained to you. Every month we send a receipt after the credit card is charged. A user can cancel at any time by simply logging into their account and clicking the "cancel subscription" button located in the My Account section. If you fail to cancel your subscription and you contact our customer success team with a few days of your renewal we will credit you for the current month. We highly encourage users of any SaaS application to review their credit card charges and cancel any subscriptions they are no longer using.

Scam company

never actually connected a seller account, they have been billing me nonetheless for over 2 years, unwilling to refund even part of this despite never using the service. Very dissappointed a service like seller labs have this type of policy

Was locked into a membership for $5 for 11 months, then suddenly it is $500! No warning, can't cancel, no refund.
