I cannot fault this companies customer service!!! I received my order today and although I loved the products I had an issue with the sizing of the bralette I ordered. I ordered a size XS as this was supposed to fit a cup size A-C and with me only being a 32A I thought this would fit me great. However, the cups were very small and barely covered anything so I got in contact with them and they have been so helpful. They are allowing me to return and they are sending me out the next size up as well as a gift to apologise! I am so grateful to them for this. The rest of the products I loved, especially the resistant band. I highly recommend them, they are such great quality for the price.
So I highly recommend this company but just be aware that you may feel the need to size up in the bralettes. (I bought the lounge bra in black with a gold tag)

Ordered #1849SS on 21st of September
Ordered #1849SS on 21st of September. It is just over 1 month later and still no sign of my delivery or refund. No reply through email, Instagram and very slow replies through their WhatsApp. They promised a refund by yesterday 22nd of October and a dispatch of my items. Still no refund or dispatch - gave them the benefit of the doubt but very frustrating at this point

Placed an order on 14th September all…
Placed an order on 14th September all messages have been ignored via email provided on website & WAPP and Instagram channels. Paid for 3/5 days postage. Still no reply and no further fwd where order is my order number is 1846SS. I have contacted by email, WApp and Instagram.

Missing order and ignored
I still haven’t received my order after 12 days even though I paid 3-5 days postage. Not only this but I emailed, dm’d via Instagram, WhatsApp messaged and commented to ask for help. All was ignored except my comment of which they assured me they would message me that day. I didn't get a message and my comments were deleted.

The best sportswear in my opinion and so flattering, 10/10 for comfort and quality. I even wear the seamless sets on a normal day not just for exercise/gym.

Best quality , got 4 pairs of leggings and 2 sports bras and the new seamless set in my collection now and quality is 100 % and beautiful colours . My go to place now to shop online

After stumbling across them on Instagram I bought my first workout set. It arrived promptly and was exactly as described and pictured. I now own 3 sets along with 3 of their resistance bands and I can definitely say I will be purchasing more!
Their sets are not only beautiful in colour and design but they are the comfiest workout/lounge sets I have ever purchased!!
