Do not waste your time. THIS IS FRAUD! My mother was going to try to sell her timeshare -she paid the upfront cost and then tried cancelling the same day (they promise free cancellation within 10 days). They DID NOT honour this and have been giving her the run around via email and phone. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. They give FAKE VALUATIONS to lure you into paying the upfront cost, and then do not give money back.

Upfront Fees with No Results
Upfront Fees with No Results after months of advertising. The company doesn’t really market your timeshare, you have to. If you want your ad to be at the top of the listings you have to keep emailing customer service to change the price. If someone is eyeing your timeshare and they keep see in the price change doesn’t say much for the integrity of the site.
Over-promising Value: SMTN agents provide inflated estimates for the resale value of your timeshares to secure the listing, only to suggest lowering the price to near zero later.
Poor Communication After Payment. Never heard from anyone for updates, but, what is there to update - nothing! Your ad gets posted on a webpage with hundreds of other listings, that’s it! I canceled my listing after almost a year on the site. I asked for a refund of some sort but was told I was after the 10 DAY period. Who sells a timeshare in 10 days? 1 do not recommend this company

No confidence that I will get my 3k back. Don’t do this!
They made big promises and told me that they will sell my timeshare. However, I have no confidence that that will happen. All they do is list your Timeshare and they already have your money so they’re not motivated to sell it. I have been this satisfied with their service. I would do not recommend anyone use this company to sell their timeshare. All they’re going to do is take your $3000 and put it in there pocket. they are very friendly and answered the phone when you call but just hear the same response every time as your price of your timeshare goes down. I should’ve listened to other people and just use my Timeshare rather than give it away.

Contracted with SMTN Loyalty for 6years in 2024 for maintenance fee refunds. They refuse the annual renewal in 2026. Over 2 years their communication is appalling. The don't respond or don't answer the question.I Formally Complained asking for a specific reason for early termination. No reason given.

It is worth the wait
The process does take 3 to 4 months to complete after I put my initial deposit so the 120 days was worth the wait the Resort is awesome the food great and the hospitality is amazing. So glad I bought through SMTN

A scam in its purest form
This is a scam in its purest form. They are EXTREMELY skilled at marketing their services. When, after a while, they receive criticism for failing to deliver on their promises, they send a boilerplate response. It’s impossible to take legal action against them—they simply have too much legal muscle behind them, which an individual doesn’t have. They exaggerate their offers, promise too much, and deliver too little.
I expect to receive a standard response to this, just as so many others have, but that doesn’t change the fact that everyone should stay as far away from this company as possible.

How to sell your Timeshare a company you can trust!
I was pleasantly surprised how smoothly selling my timeshare went. I had been an owner since 1987! I had many companies call me and wanted me to pay to sell my timeshare. I had NO out of pocket expenses and received my check as promised after the deed was transferred by my old timeshare company Silver Seas Beach club. Thanks for selling my timeshare!

Top notch experience
My husband saw the SMTN listing of a prime unit in Aruba for a great price that we honestly thought was a scam. When contacted, the advisor gave a lot of pertinent information but said that the unit was on hold and under tentative contract. He said that we would be contacted in 5 days should the other party not execute a deal. In the meantime, we reached out to the resort to confirm the unit and the maintenance fees. Everything aligned with our information from SMTN. We ultimately executed our sale transaction through SMTN, and similar to other real estate transactions we have undergone, everything was professionally done, excellent legal documentation, transparent and above board. SMTN’s communications and customer service couldn’t have been more timely and accurate. Even as the resort took more than the 90 days to finalize the transfer and title process, SMTN stayed in touch with us, provided reminders and support to secure and finalize the deal. We are very happy with every aspect of our experience with SMTN.

I tried contacting them about buying a timeshare four times, two different ways, and never was able to speak with anyone about buying a timeshare. So, we aren't buying one. Too bad for those sellers who would really like to sell.

5-Star Review - Smooth and Professional Experience (Again!)
We had such a great experience purchasing West 57th through “Sell My Timeshare Now” that we came back to buy The District, and once again, they delivered.
The entire process was straightforward and easy. They emailed all the transfer documents, along with a helpful checklist to make sure we didn’t miss anything. That made a big difference and kept everything organized and stress-free.
One helpful tip for future buyers: you will need a notary for the transfer documents. We went to a local UPS Store that had a notary on staff, and it only cost a few dollars, and we were able to send the paperwork out from there.
For payment, they allowed us to put part of the deposit on a credit card (which was processed first), but the remaining balance needed to be sent via cashier’s check. Everything was clearly explained upfront, so there were no surprises.
What really stood out was their communication. After each stage of the process, they sent a status update so we always knew exactly where things stood, and an estimate on how long it would be until the next step. The longest step we experienced was HGVC processing the transfer, which took maybe 10 days. The other steps moved along fairly quickly.
Overall, another excellent experience. Professional, organized, and highly communicative. We would absolutely work with them again.

The process was seamless
The process was seamless. When we purchased our timeshare through Sell My Timeshare Now, the seller didn't use their stay for 2025. We were given an option to use it or wait, which meant the sale wouldn't go through until after (which was about 4 months). Sell My Timeshare Now was spot on the "Time" once the seller returned and the timeshare was transferred to us. Thank you TEAM!
