Send them my phone in fully working condition, it was always protected and never dropped. They offered initially $200, then I received pic that my phone is not working, pic that disappeared quickly, and offered $10 instead. I call it bs and chit. I would be very careful not to trust them.

I’ve used Sellshark several times and have always had a great experience. I recently sold my XR and saw a new (to me) shipping insurance option. I thought, “Well, it’s only like $12, so I guess it’s worth the peace of mind.”

Man, am I glad I bought that insurance. FedEx took the package halfway across the country…and it is still sitting there three weeks later. I was approaching the 30-day limit with Sellshark, so I reached out.

They told me this happens with FedEx sometimes and they probably won’t ever see the phone. Then, they paid out the amount due because I bought the insurance.

Without the insurance, I would have just been out the money - and the phone.

Sellshark provided me with the pre-paid shipping label and I was easily able to ship my iMac (even in its original box, but I made sure to tell the post office it was fragile.) I recieved an email when sellshark recieved and approved my package, and another saying funds would be on its way to my account. Easiest process ever!!! I couldn't recommend sellshark more and I will use them for a while.

iTechshark did what I thought was impossible! I'm pretty savy, however after days of frustration I turned to iTechshark. Zach and his team went above technically and their customer service was "all hands on deck". I received numerous update calls as to progress, and got explanations as they worked their way through the issues. The fee charged was, I thought, very low for the service I received.
