Obviously a legit company
Obviously a legit company based on all its reviews. My experience was great, they paid quickly. Also paid for the computer to be shipped there. My only neg was I was paid 30% less than originally quoted... due to my own stupidity. I sent them the wrong info on the original ticket. Other than that, great experience so far.

Dont get the checks.
I would recommend everyone to receive payments through paypal as I had issues with my bank accepting the check that was sent to me.
Just glad I got paid and wasn't scammed.

Hi Kate, Thank you for the review. To improve our company we would really like to know why we only received a 2-star review? After all, we went above and beyond for you to get you your money. You sent us a computer that arrived defective so instead of sending you a lower amount, Rick took your device to the Apple store on his day off. (I'm sure you know how much of a pain it is to visit an Apple store these days) Anyway, we got your keyboard fixed for free and sent you the full $600 you asked for. We sent you the money in a check form in which your bank was unable to cash for some unknown reason. They could have called us to verify but they didn't. (Please note we send out thousands of checks a week in which we never have any issues of people not cashing them) Sometimes if you do not have the amount to cover the check they will not cash the check for you and only let you deposit it with a hold, so maybe that was the reason? Anyway, you contacted our office and Nick changed your payment method to Paypal. You did not have a Paypal account so we patiently waited for you to make one over the weekend. Monday morning we called our bank and put a stop payment on the Check your bank could not cash for some reason which we were charged a $36 fee in which we paid for instead of deducting off your payment amount. After we got confirmation you created a PayPal account we immediately sent you the $600. We spend a lot of time and effort on this and Nick and Rick are really upset they only received a 2-star review on this. Can you please tell us where we went wrong? Amazing experience
SellShark made selling my laptop so seamless. Nick was great and keeping the lines of communication open throughout the transaction. He was professional and courteous. Payment was issued very quickly. The entire process was so easy and wonderful!
