Poor quality overall.I had a newly renovated house Poor checks if any All damage by tenants in a newly renovated property missed or not highlighted. Damaged kitchen surfaces, ripped kitchen floor,
A hook sticker put on my new composite front door
unsolicited DIY.. not noticed or highlighted to me.
Garden newly laid lawn and fencing left with broken door and looks a mess. Walls newly decorated a mess. New carpets brown. They were originally dark grey.
The next tenant would have moved in and I would be none the wiser
I’m with drawing all my rentals from this company. I have 3 properties with this company.
Really unprofessional and wouldn’t hand over to another letting agent.. deposit and tenancy agreement. Very childish..
I would score no stars if trust pilot allowed.

Resposta da Virtue Real Estate Services

Hi Mr. McDonnell, we believe this review has been posted to the wrong business. We have no record of ever doing business with you, and Virtue Real Estate Services does not provide property management, tenant placement, leasing, tenancy agreements, or rental deposit services.

The services and circumstances described in your review are unrelated to our company. We understand how frustrating the experience you described must have been, but we kindly ask that you remove this review and post it to the business that actually managed your properties so they have an opportunity to address your concerns.

Thank you, and we hope you’re able to get the matter resolved with the appropriate company.

Virtue Real Estate is the real deal

Virtue Real Estate is the real deal! This group proved to be trustworthy and hardworking through the entire process of selling my property. I was tired of being a landlord and dealing with tenants, so I decided to sell. They presented me with a fantastic offer and handled everything for me from start to finish. If you’re thinking of selling your property don’t look anywhere else. Contact Virtue Real Estate, you won’t regret it!

Amazing!

What an amazing company! They made the process so easy to navigate and I felt so confident selling with them. They are truly skilled and so knowledgeable at what they do.
