Received payment after 14 working days unlike 3-5 working days which was firstly advertised. Reduced the value slightly but was still more than high street shop.

Reduced the offer price by 65% then took 22nd Dec 2025 till 21st January 2026 to give me my money after many emails and phone calls , awful company to deal with , never again .

I’ve been waiting over 5 weeks now and still haven’t received my money! I’ve asked them to send my iPhone back and they have said no! AVOID THE ARE SCAMMERS

Original offer was £461. They told me my Samsung S24 Ultra which had been in a case and screen protected from the minute it came out of the box had low frequency issues affecting 1 of the microphones near the charge port. It had dust covering it and the metal bezel surrounding the phone was marked. It had marks where the pvc case had been sitting. Offered me £280. Rejected and asked for my handset back. Then got offered £361. Rejected that and asked for handset back. Was offered £400, rejected that and wanted my phone back. Then super Danny the team leader offers me full price as it’ll cost them to send it back. Reminded them why I don’t stick with car insurers that can reduce my premium by £300 when I call but won’t give me that without calling them. Give us the best price first time round and we show loyalty.

THEY DONT PAY YOUR MONEY. It's been 3 weeks now and I still haven't had any money. They didn't offer what they originally quoted, less than half in fact but they came back with a reasonable one in the end - not that it matters because they dont payout, just give excuse after excuse!! So now no money and no phone AVOID AT ALL COSTS

This company offered me
£157 for an iPhone 11 pro. A good offer, I accepted it and sent it to them in the excellent like new condition (also in original apple box)
They offered me £55...... Claiming the battery was not genuine apple part. They were right, but why not ask this in you're pre sale questionare?
They then offered me £75 and then £105 I almost accepted the third offer. In the end they returned the phone to me (not in the original apple box) for me... That's theft. The phones are much more desirable in original packaging. Please avoid this company like the plague.

Offered me £605 for iPhone 15 pro, after they assessed my phone they told me that I stated it was a pro max(which I didn't) they also said I claimed it was a 256gb ( again I didn't) apparently it had lots wrong with it and offered me £325!
I contacted them 3 times to get my phone returned, no contact back, called them and apparently my offer is in the process of being paid!? But they are working through emails and somebody would contact me, not only have they had my phone 10 days, I still have had no contact, my phone back or money put in bank. Would not recommend 😡😡😡

Tried to massively reduce the value of my phone by claiming it was below 85% - originally offered me £250 and then offered me £102 I rejected it and then they tried to lowball me again. I rejected the offer then they offered £170, then £190 in which case I knew that they just lowballed customers with fake excuses to pay them less. I was so put off by the company I asked to send them the phone back in which case I chose music magpie and they said my phone was in perfectly good condition and paid me £220 with no questions asked. I would recommend you to not use UR. They also kept spamming my inbox with random offers. Overall I would never use them again

Waste of time really, halved the original offer because the battery was at 85% and it needs replaced at 80%? There were also more than 500 charge cycles (pretty obvious it would have on a 4 year old phone…) Don’t waste your time

What a pleasure to deal with an honest company. They did exactly as promised and payment was made samew day as iphone received.
