Great phone cases - this is my 3rd - the last one lasted since 2017 when I changed my phone. It's still going strong but I've now changed my phone again so needed a new case of a different size.

I ordered a case and tempered glass screen protector for my phone. It arrived promptly, is labeled for my model of phone, but does not fit. I’ve emailed their customer service three times now and have gotten no response. I didn’t particularly care about receiving incorrect items, that happens. But the radio silence from their customer service is unprofessional.

Can't go wrong with a SENA case

The case is exactly as advertised. Great color, well constructed, perfect fit for my iPhone mini, and feels very supple like leather should.

Once I received the product, it was terrific. The shipping was problematic. Perhaps because it was shipped to Canada, the delivery service was not good. First DHL wrote to say that there was no such address. Then I added more information and they still couldn't find the address. Ultimately the package was found in a plastic bag (that was nice) hanging around the fire sign at the beginning of our driveway, not at our house. Thankfully we found it before someone else did.
The case itself is just as advertised and nice. I wish that it had been available in more colors, but this is ok. I love the design of this case (it's my third one).

First leather case I bought from you couple of years ago was great, very good quality leather, etc. so when I got a new phone I ordered a new black leather from you but the quality of it was not even near to what it used to be. Then I thought it was perhaps one bad batch of leather etc, so I ordered another one, for my daughter, and the feel and look of the leather was terrible again. You may have thought it was a clever idea to lower the quality of leather and save some money by doing that but in the same time none of my family and friends will ever order your products again.

Not a very useful case. Every time I "pushed or pulled" my iPhone in or out of this very tight fitting case, the side buttons made calls to emergency, or the center button accessed the camera and took pics. After having to delete too many blank pics and deny too many emergency calls, I just went ahead and ordered a case from Apple, which is working great.

Based on the Sena advertisement on FB, I decided to try the leather case for my iPhone 12. Great fit, great quality and it looks very professional. I will be looking to Sena in the future regarding my needs for an iphone case.

Case was very poor fit and leather quality much poorer (far les supple) than previous cases. Already purchased another leather case superior to this one from another supplier

Overall a bad experience because the case does not allow wireless charging. Will not buy from Sena again

Walletbook case is very bulky

I've had a Sena case on my iPhone 8 Plus for a couple of years and loved it. I ordered a new case for my iPhone 12 Pro Max thinking it would be the same but was disappointed.

The phone in the previous case was slim enough to fit in my pocket, the new case is so bulky the it would not fit. Quality of the leather and case is very good, it is just too bulky. Sadly I had to return it.
