Buyer Beware!!!!
Wanted to return the case but they make it so complicated and maddening you finally give up. It will be the last time I purchase anything from Sena. Bad customer service. Stay away from this company!!!!☹️☹️☹️

I purchased a leather watch band and travel wallet for my husband for his birthday. I was very happy with the quality of both products. The process was easy to purchase and my items arrived very quickly, and that gets extra bonus in my book with the delays seen in shipments today. Came within a week of ordering - very prompt considering it came from US to UK.
Lovely case, good quality, husband will be very pleased. Monogramming was expensive for 2 letters but looks lovely.

Hello, for years we have been buying and using and recommending only your products.
We are since two months now Just frustrated That we are trying to get a product and we are going through a really bad service both because the product did not arrive and the way to communicate with you is almost impossible
We have turned from customers who all day tell everyone to purchase only Sena to a frustrated customers
They say that a company is measured in the event of a malfunction, so you are failing here and there is no one to talk to have a nice day Miri
