SendNOW: smooth and efficient
I was very pleased with the service. The platform has a simple interface, the transactions go smoothly. I made my transfers sending cryptocurrency; the recipient received the funds in their local currency. When I encountered a technical issue, the support team responded quickly and efficiently. Very recommend.

Pricey Exchange but excellent service!
Although the service is expensive, it works reliably. Using crypto saves you the most in fees but it’s still expensive compared to other exchanges, but the advantage is you can send smaller amounts. Customer service is excellent with great followup. If you are new or inexperienced with crypto, SendNOW simplifies the process.

Hello! To minimize costs, send cryptocurrency transfers as well as through paybis. There the commission is minimal.

Service works. For me - the only disadvantage is - it works quite slow.

Отправил деньги. Сказали что банк получателя отменил перевод. Сказали создать новый перевод на другую карту, но не оплачивать. Всё сдлелал. Кароче, деньги остались у них и не хотят отправлять. Служба поддержки, каждый раз когда я им пишу с просьбой помочь: "сейчас решим", и пропадают на несколько дней. (Деньги я не видел уже 3 месяца)

Деньги переводила на карту банка РФ, все провели оперативно, поддержка была на связи.
Для регистрации нужно было указать телефон и почту, потом потребовалась проверка банковской карты - все прошло довольно быстро, минут 30-40. Да, хотела сразу и мгновенного перевода не получилось) Но после проверок в течение нескольких часов деньги поступили адресату. Причем отправила в пятницу после полудня, после проверок думала, что поступят только в понедельник.
Сумма списалась сразу, еще до верификации карты. Поэтому после проверок и ожидания написала в поддержку. Ответ получила в течение получаса. И еще через пару часов в приложении статус операции был "выполнен", и на следующий день человек подтвердил, что все получил. Причем комиссия оказалась небольшой: вся заявленная мной сумма поступила по назначению, а комиссия списалась со счета при оплате (плюс была конвертация), составила несколько евро.
Для меня сервис оказался надежным и оперативным, очень благодарна за возможность быстрого перевода и качественной услуги.

I tried to make a transfer
I tried to make a transfer, entered a secret code from my bank, than the notification from sendnow was "error", and nothing like "your transaction was made successfully". Clearly I thought the transaction WASN'T made. So I tried twice more, with the same result.
But the next day, my transfer was withdrawn from my bank account, THREE TIMES! So, they charged me the same amount of money three times, although they noticed me, that there was a mistake during my attemping to make a transfer.
I wrote to sendnow, but they just don't care. Very dissapointing!

We cannot refund or cancel any transfers you have made. Anything that has been sent to us, even if 10 payments, all 10 will be sent to the recipient whose details you provided on the app.
Therefore, there is no need to make several transfers until you have verified that the money has left the account.
If verification is passed, we will receive all the payments you have made. Exactly all the money that is actually sent from your card (account). Many transfers can be made in the app (this is a payment order), what matters is exactly how much money was sent. We don't have access to your account (no one does), we can't look and withdraw ourselves.
If verification is passed, we can send all received money only to the recipient whose details you filled in the application.
